Beautiful Apartments in a Great Location near Old Town

If you're planning on a quiet, relaxing night in, then the beautiful apartments of the Foothills at Old Town will suit you perfectly. The layouts are modern and trendy, and very well kept. However, if you want just a little more excursion, then you can step outside your front door and enjoy the wonderful amenities on the property--the pool, the spa, the fitness center, the cafe area, the barbecue lounge... there's no shortage of things to do without ever stepping foot beyond the gates. But if that's still not enough adventure for you, then you are just a short walk away from the all too enticing trappings of Old Town Temecula, with fine dining options galore, quaint little shops, a local community theater, and cultural events taking place regularly. As if another reason were necessary, the staff at the Foothills are both friendly and professional, offering exceptional service for all tenants. Every step of the process is transparent and clear, providing you with the confidence and peace of mind that you need to truly enjoy yourself in this community.

Wine Country living in the Foothillls of Old Town

Enjoy the natural beauty of the Temecula wine country as you are nestled in this attractive apartment community. The common areas and pool are well maintained and the fitness center is top notch. I have found the staff to be very helpful. Location, location, location just a short walk to enjoy the shops and restaurants of Old Town Temecula.

Frequenting the Foothills

Oftentimes an apartment is just a place to rest. A shelter against the weather with a bed, kitchen, and some room to set up the pleasantries we try to enjoy in our off-time. But the Foothills (formerly known as the Vineyards) of Temecula are more than just a gated apartment complex. Nestled right behind Temecula’s historic Old Town district, the Foothills are a short walk away from the city’s best restaurants, shops, and the Old Town Theater of Arts, which is the heart of city events. Downtown living without the bustle of bigger cities! Even the Foothills themselves have smaller social parties to foster neighborly camaraderie. A large pool with out-door grills , a sauna, and small private gym make it so that recreational luxuries are just a few steps away. There are even playgrounds for the children. If you are looking for apartments and town houses that have the feel of a permanent living space and top quality benefits, then this is the place for you.
