My name is Sophia and I moved in at the end of August. The leasing agents were very nice and responsive. Plus, they helped me to move in a few days earlier than expected so I had more time before starting a new job.

Devyn and Danielle in the leasing office were absolutely wonderful with helping me with my application. The neighbors are nice and the grounds are well kept. Plenty of space for parking and easy access to trash and recycling. Highly recommended this apartment complex.

My husband and I moved into the community a few weeks ago and have been loving it! The application and move in process was so easy, and the management team was communicative and accommodating. We love walking our dog around the property, as there was numerous paths and plenty of doggie trash stations. It is quiet and we had a maintenance request recently that was resolved super quickly, and the maintenance team were some of the nicest guys!

My boyfriend, his son and I, moved in a month ago. We are very happy to have our own place. The location is perfect. We love being back in Beverly. We have finally finished unpacking and can’t wait to settle in. My boyfriend’s son is very exited to go swimming now the pool is open! The management team is wonderful! So friendly and helped us with every inquiry.

My boyfriend and I moved into a one bedroom in February, and so far we are very pleased with the community! The property is very well kept and clean, and we are super excited to use the pool once it gets warmer. I love that the property is pet friendly, as that is really hard to find nowadays. The entire application & move in process was easy & stress free. Devin has been so friendly & welcoming since our first email communication, and she made the application & move in process so easy and stress free. I also love the amount of space & storage in our unit. I can’t say enough good things about Folly Hill!

I just moved in last week and so far so good! The management and maintenance teams here are extremely accommodating and respond almost immediately to requests. Devin and Jen are wonderful to work with during the application process.

Folly hill meadows is a great place to live. Parking is rough sometimes but the maintenance and staff are completely attentive and respond right away. They communicate about everything going on and have always been great. Thanks for a geat 6 years.

From the day we signed our first lease, we felt welcome. Large, bright units with an exceptional maintenance staff make living at Folly Hill Meadows a great place to live.

My husband and I were tenants here for 3 years, always paying our rent on time and working with management. In year 3, we had 3 sewage overflows, and found mold inside a hold that formed in our bathroom wall. Management did not rectify these situations, despite claiming that they would. We ended up leaving as soon as possible after realizing that they would not be fully replacing the sewage-stained carpets and molding.

Recently moved into a one-bed apartment at Folly Hill Meadows and my move in process was made super convenient and easy by Devin! She was very helpful and everyone in the management was extremely responsive of any needs I had. The maintenance staff is also very quick and cooperative. Looking forward to making awesome memories in this new home!!

My wife and I recently moved in to a one bedroom, Devin our leasing agent has been super helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment itself is roomy for a one bedroom. We enjoy the quietness and so far everyone we have met has been welcoming. Dogs are allowed and so far no issues with noise or owners picking up their dog’s droppings. Which is very nice not worrying about stepping in some dog poo when walking around the complex. Which I do when I’m walking to the gym they have on site. They have a pool as well and we look forward to using it once open. The gym I use frequently is well setup, I do wish it had some updated equipment but there is enough there to satisfy any workout. The very few minor issues we have had, maintenance was quick to fix for us and they do a great job responding. We have been happy to make this our home for the foreseeable future and have nothing but positive things to say. Also for a one bedroom we love the space our apartment offers.

My move-in experience was great. Application process was quick and easy, and the move-in could not have been easier. Tyler was a huge help and was super responsive whenever I had questions.

Staff has been friendly and helpful. Apartment is beautiful and quiet and complex has really nice amenities and is well maintained. Good parking availability. We will be very happy here!

Great apartment and moving in experience. The team at Folly Hill Meadows Apartments was fantastic during the application process and moving in process. Was able to submit an application, tour the apartment and move in very quickly. Highly recommend!

Before the pandemic, this was the best complex. There was package delivery, events like holiday parties,and the prices were reasonable. Now they keep taking away amenities and raising the prices anyway. I can't afford to renew, and I've lived here more than ten years. They even took away visitor parking. Oh,and another building just burned to the ground, and they had to bring in an asbestos removal crew. I don't feel safe here anymore.

Been living here for a month. Application process was fast and straight forward, emails and phone calls were answered in a timely manner. Few little things needed fixing in apartment, maintenence is AMAZING! Fast and friendly. Happy to be home.

We recently moved into our new apartment and our experience was wonderful. Jenn was so helpful throughout the entire process, being there to answer all of our questions, and helped our move go as smooth as possible. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and spacious! Couldn’t be happier!

I just moved into my apartment last Wednesday and so far I have nothing but wonderful things to say starting from the very first time we stepped foot on the property to tour a unit. We were told no 1 bedroom units were available sadly but we loved the complex so much we asked to be put on the wait list. No more than 24 hours later we were called that a first floor unit opened up. The move in process was easy and Tyler was easy to reach and easy to talk with and explain the process, this being the first apartment we have moved into. Also, they updated the apartment before we moved in and I was blown away with the changes - beautiful!

Blown off completely by Tyler the leasing agent. Send an inquiry, quickly was sent back a questionnaire, responded. Then nothing. Sent an email asking for a good time to call! Never heard back. Waited two days and called the office. Tyler tells me he is “running late for a meeting and lots of tenants moving in and can’t talk.” He had gotten my email and will call me on Monday. It’s now Weds and haven’t heard a peep. It’s ok we were approved for another place that is much nicer with a much more attentive agent. Took two days for the process for the new place. So, first rule of sales/leading if you want to gain new clients or tenants, follow up as promised!

Working with Tyler made this application process so enjoyable! He was communicative and helpful- also very prompt with replies and sharing the information needed! Overall very happy with Folly Hill!

Tyler was very helpful from beginning to end in our finding an apartment and moving in! Affordable, love that they don't charge for parking and the property is very dog friendly. They even completed some last minute updates we requested special without having to re-schedule our move in date!

The apartments are very spacious and clean. The people who live on the property are very respectful and friendly. The staff especially Jennifer have been fantastic. I definitely recommend

The minute I walked into the Management office, the people were very welcoming and Tyler who I was working with was charismatic and very informative of all the amazing things this apartment community had to offer. Everything was seamless from the moment I filled out my application to the minute I got to pick up my keys!! All the neighbors have been so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place!!

definitely 0 stars , Just Don't do it , I ignored all the bad reviews because . Management is terrible , rude and Jenn is very unprofessional can't they see all the reviews and hire a new professionals , very unhelpful they will waist your time by complicating the rental process , asking for a million things then wait for the landlord to see if he/she likes your income enough or your profile , they even rented the unit while having us wait for the landlord response

I enjoyed living at Folly Hill Meadows. The property is maintained well, with beautifully planted grounds, large dog park, well maintained trash and recycling area, and generally nice residents who take pride in their building and patios. The management was always responsive and packages are stored with an e-mail reminder that a package is waiting. Pleasant place, nice people, supportive staff.

My fiance and myself lived here for a year (April 2016 - April 2017). We looked at several complexes in the area but immediately got a great vibe here. Tom showed us the grounds and the apartments. Tom was extremely personable, professional, and accommodating and that never changed throughout the year. I told Tom this was my first apartment, I hate loud noises, and I needed to be on the top floor. Tall ask for an apartment! He got us a secluded building (50 Apple Road) on the top floor. I was pumped. Apartment was bigger and less expensive than others we looked at. It was smooth sailing from then on. If we had so much as a light bulb out, the maintenance staff would be there immediately. The sidewalks and lot were always shoveled during all hours of a snow storm. Their parking lot is HUGE and I was never looking for a spot. When we left, we got our entire deposit back. Only complaint: dogs are allowed. We had 2 yapping dogs all day in the apartment below us for the first 5 months. The people ended up moving out, thank god. But obviously we knew this going in that pets were allowed. Overall, 5 stars and would move back here in a second.

I've been in several different apartments and apartment types over the past 5 years or so both on the north shore and not. Never in my life have I worked with such a professional and efficient staff. The property itself is beautiful and beyond reasonably priced. The fact that they are so pet friendly and that the community itself is friendly makes it really feel like a home rather than an apartment. I've felt nothing short of comfortable living there. Maintenance is incredibly fast, trustworthy, professional and personable along with of course the office staff as well. It really goes to show how much the management of the property cares about the property and their reputation. Nothing but high praise on my end - if you are looking for an apartment that can feel like your own little home, this is absolutely the place for you.

Folly Hill seems great at first, but that will quickly change. Maintenance never addressed any of our complaints, but management will inconvenience you whenever they feel like it. Horribly overpriced, and not "luxury" by any means. The behavior of management when we smartened up and decided to move out was appalling and extremely unprofessional. They are in the business of making money, not providing a positive experience for their residents. They will nickel and dime you for every little thing and make the process of moving out as difficult and inconvenient as possible. Truly a terrible experience. Now I understand why the apartments around us went empty for so long. Infinitely better living accommodations can be found nearby for a lower price. Stay away!

I can see this is for me. I have viewed the pages of this complex over and over again. This perfect for both my 19yrs old son and myself. We are currently living in a shelter due to domestic violence. I have a current restrainting order against my abuser. From the looks of this place, I'm overwhelmed. I'm disable, so the actives space that the complex offers is grrrreat can u please consider my review. Thank you.

Folly Hill is a nice quiet location, except for all the dogs that live there ... The apartment itself is nice, but the water pressure is minimal. The pool is nice, but it got closed a little too early, and they are very strict, about playing in the pool. They have trash pickup service at your door, which is nice. They've hosted a couple of functions, which were fun. Getting on the highway to head south is an inconvenience, because you have to go up to the next exit, and do a u turn.

SADLY GETTING OLD. WINDOWS NEED REPLACEMENT. SMALL KITCHEN POOR PLUMING BATHROOM NEEDS RE-DO.

The apartment at folly hills is definitely amazing although the rent is expensive it is quite and has that at home feeling that has a pool, gym, and movie nights.

The apartment complex is nice and quiet and the management and maintenance workers are helpful and I haven't had any issue in the 4 years I've lived here. The gym is clean and nice, but kinda small. Although that isn't much of an issue because it is not used by most of the residents. The pool and pool area are good, but limited hours and limited seasonal access. The biggest positive of the complex is how pet friendly it is, each apartment can have up to two pets and almost all residents have at least one pet. There are trash bins spread all over the complex for cleaning up after the pets and there is a nice field in the middle of the complex to let your pets run around. There is also a dog park only 5 minutes down the road. As for the apartments themselves, they are well designed and have plenty of closet and storage space. All the apartments have electric heat, which can get pricey, but the the apartments are well insulated and fairly energy efficient. The management has relaxed policies on repainting and making alteration to the apartment. The two biggest downsides are the laundry and the location. There are two washer and two dryers per building, which is fine, but they are operated through Mac-Grey and they couldn't be any less responsive to issues. To get to the apartment complex you have to travel up 128 North, and to leave you have to get on 128 North. There is no secondary access to the apartment complex, at times it can be very frustrating, but it does have the silver lining of limiting the amount of traffic in the complex as only residents tend to get off the exit. All told, it's a very nice place to live and if you are looking at having pets, I would highly recommend taking a look at this complex.

I really enjoy living here at Folly Hill. My husband and I are students, so we appreciate the convenient travel, hopping on 128 to get to school, stores and other fun venues. We picked Folly Hill not only because of its closeness to these things, but also because they welcome pets! Our dog Stella LOVES it here. It is a very friendly community, and it's not unusual to meet new faces while walking our dog in the big grassy field behind our apartment. The staff was very sweet, all throughout the lease signing process and whenever we come in to pick up packages. Maintenance is prompt and thorough, which we really love because we don't have time to worry about those little things that happen. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectable, well-maintained community.

Hi, I took a tour of the grounds and facilities of Folly Hills recently and I was impressed with many of the added pluses to the rental. Great location for any nature lover, swimming pool and fitness center, resident club house, and pet friendly. I've been looking for a long time to find somewhere I can get all this. Thanks Folly Hill Meadows.
