Renewing this year as this is a peaceful community to live at. I feel secured living here cause the building can only be accessed by tenants. Property management is very responsive and helpful as well. And most importantly, maintenance is reliable.

My husband and I have lived here for 2, going on 3 years. Maintenance is always on top of it. Love having laundry in unit. The company that manages this unit is always willing to help when you need! Love it!

My fiancee and I have lived here for the past year, renewing for another year. The level of service and attention we have received over the past year has been nothing sort of exceptional. Maintenance requests have been promptly addressed, snow removal was done at a convenient rate, and the property itself receives care and concern in a way that shows the property management group cares about keeping things nice around here. We have never had any problems with the facility, and it's been very nice to have never felt like a burden while living here.

I really enjoyed living at the apartments. The other tenants were respectful and very courteous. The appliances were all new and worked very well, and if there were issues management handled them urgently. I would highly recommend living here if your looking for a nice apartment with landlords that care.

A great starting apartment. Neighborhood is quiet and the building is safe. Never had any trouble with other tenants. Was well updated when we moved in, in kitchen laundry was the best.

I lived at the Flintridge apartments for 4 years and I enjoyed my time there. I loved using their online portal to pay my rent and submit any maintenance requests. It was so easy! Any maintenance requests I had were handled within a week, sooner if the problem needed immediate attention. The maintenance workers were nice. The manager was friendly and easy to deal with. I used the second bedroom as an office and I needed my router set up in there. The manager allowed me to have cables run through the walls to allow this to happen. The apartment was nice and clean. My kitchen didn’t look as nice as the one in the pictures, but I’m sure they plan to do some remodeling on my unit. I liked that the building was secured with locked outside doors. However, the only doorbells are in the back of the building, so you need to remember to tell delivery drivers to go to the back of the building. Also, you have to walk down to the door to let people in, no buzzer to let them in. I really liked the location, close to Rockford University and shopping on E State St, but not too far from downtown. The only reason I left is that I bought a condo. It’s a great apartment.
