Flickertail I-VI

I have found no problems at Flickertail or with management.

Flickertail is a great place to leave. Always clean and the management is easy to work with and very nice people.

Living here is honestly very nice. The area is good, people are kind and mind themselves. I wish there was more of a way to bring community here though. Maybe bigger get togethers as a community and apartment office.

I've had a great time so far. Move in was was quick and easy, and everyone has been very friendly and receptive.

Flickertail is a nice place, community is quiet. The staff are nice to people.

Flickertail I-VI is nice apartment, quite, clean. The staff are nice to people and willing to help with stuff.

I have been a resident for about 3 years and have never had a problem with repairs or any other issue.

So far service is “fair” the place is nice but you discover so many issues involving the place as you continue to live there and they don’t have any sense of urgency to resolve that issues. That’s my opinion as a new resident.

Office staff is wonderful. Maintenance is very poor as of late.

This is my first apartment and I really appreciate how convenient the application process was.

My experience at Flickertail l-Vl have been so wonderful for me you are close to everything's really can't get know better than that.

I have lived at Flickertail for 3 years now upon my release from prison and have been so grateful for getting another chance. I love and thank the lord for my home.

I worry about living here with my daughter after seeing all the illegal activity and safety concerns. People break the security doors, do drugs openly in the garages, and and steal packages brazenly.

It's okay. Had a bad experience with office staff. Falsifications was made against us not long after we moved in both by office staff and tenant due to the banging noise that can be heard by all, but somehow we were singled out and an unpleasant note by a tenant was left on the door, with an email from office staff mounting to accusations left and right. Office staff made no attempt to apologize, but manager Catherine did on their behalf. Issue of noise hasn't been rectified. Still ongoing to determine the cause.

The application process went smoothly. I called a few days in advance to check for vacancies and they had the apartment ready to go when I arrived.

tl;dr i'm a 27yo shut-in who's never lived alone before So, goldmark gets a bad wrap around this area for "screwing over their tenants", but personally. I've had a positive experience with them. They take my calls very seriously. They always call me back or leave a voicemail and I usually follow up with my "complaint". It's usually a minor issue but it's really assuring that they care. I've been at this place for 1.5 years and they've been nothing but kind for me personally. Honestly I feel bad for causing trouble around my community, and not contributing enough. also give lance a raise dudes he deserves it.

Location is great. Rent is at a decent rate. Assigned parking is a joke, and management doesn't take it seriously.

I just love my Apt. I always receive great service from office and maintenance. I'm just thankful that i have a place to call home

Flickertail apartments are a great value! They are basic apartments but the location, size, and management cant be beat for the price!

The staff is absolutely amazing! They make you feel so important and work so amazing with yoj when there are issues!

Its an Alright place to live. Theres certainly a lot of worse places to live in Fargo.

Flickertail has a great location of being close to everything such as food, entertainment, and recreation. I can walk practically to everything id need or want to do.

Overall nothing negative to say.

Over all apartments are nice but would like the appliances to be more up to date instead of old stuff that need to be fix constantly

Overall, the showing, moving in, and signing the lease with walk through was a great experience with the management. The apartment itself may need a little kitchen updating, but beyond that, it is a good location and good apartment for its price.

Been here for a few years and I feel safe and happy living here
