Property Ratings at FLATZ 432
Great place to stay. By far my favorite place. It makes up for the terrible parking situation.
Flatz432 is an excellent home! I personally love the modular build because it helps so much with normal apartment noise!
This place has been fantastic thus far. I look forward to the next year of living here.
We moved into Flatz432 when we were new to Midland Tx. The office employees were very helpful & efficient we actually got our whole apartment picked out and it was quick and easy applying. Kara in office helped us and even showed us a whole tour! Since living at Flatz432 we’ve come across so many beautiful people inside & out. We’ve built friendships with amazing people & even been Blessed by different residents. Management & the Maintenance along with the Trash Butler are all VERY amazing. We’ve never had a problem or issue while living here at Flatz432!

Great friendly, caring staff that made my move in a breeze. Love the apartment and location.
I’ve lived here for 6 months and wish so badly that I picked somewhere else to sign a lease. The staff is unhelpful, they shut the water off at least once ever 2 weeks for “an emergency” sometimes days at a time, the trash pickup services that you have to pay for suck, it would take days for it to be picked up, the inside is cheaply made and it shows, my microwave has been broken for 3 weeks and they keep saying their maintenance guy is “out of town”, packages get stolen constantly because they don’t provide safe parcel delivery, and I could go on. Save yourself the annoyance and the money and live somewhere else.
The team in the office is absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond to meet expectations. My favorite apartment complex I have ever lived at by far. 10/10

The apartments are spacious and are available for a great rate. The layout could have been better planned but except that they are good. The apartment amenities are in great condition. Additionally, the leasing team was great help at the time of move-in and are very approachable and friendly.
I recently moved here, so far, everything is good. Staff is very professional and helpful.
I like the location & and the rooms are amazing and love how everything is modern. I couldn’t complain about anything
