      A Lovely Place

      I’ve been living here for about six months. “ Flats” is truly a unique community. I’ve lived in other apartment complex’s before- they were nice, but “ Flats on Front” is special. It’s not just the great downtown river area, beautiful apartments or the great amenities. It’s the staff. They are amazing. The property managers are really very nice,helpful,friendly yet professional. The maintenance staff are also wonderful- issues are addressed promptly with a friendly demeanor. All makes it feel like “ home”. “Flats on Front” is a lovely place.

      Wonderful place to live. Lots of dogs kinda like Noah?s Ark for Canines.so you better like animals, lol. Great amenities. Neighbors are quiet. Privacy a plus though. As long as the residents take care of what we have here and everyone does their part to take care of what we have, I recommend it 5 stars! Pool is so nice!

      Can walk to Riverwalk/Ampetheiter, Amazing Layouts and Amenties

      Apartment was amazing layout, quality of materials, great opportunities to decorate with the exposed shelving, and amenities. Being few minute drive downtown to great restaurants. A possible walk to downtown but a little far to do regularly, but on the other hand also nice to be near the new riverfront park.

      My family and I love living at Flats on Front. I never thought I would like to live in an apartment, but I have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are great, the maintenance team is the best, and our neighbors are very friendly. It is so convenient living downtown, and we can take the Wave Trolly, walk, or bike to all our favorite places.

      The complex seemed like an amazing find in Wilmington sadly it has become a bandaid complex that has quite a few improvements to be made. Its feels silly to be paying the amount we do for certain issues like parking gates and water leaks should not be an issue. It seems every time we adjust or feel comfortable in our apartment then something else has to disappoint.

      Lovely apartments but rates are at the high end. Be prepared to pay for a wonderful interior. Exterior surroundings are okay. Maintenance and office staff are awesome overall.

      Flats on Front is the best apartment community in Wilmington. The front office is super friendly and treat my dogs as their own. The community is beautiful and always clean. The gym is incredible for those wanting to cancel their current gym membership, plus they have a Hydrow! You cant beat the location and I never have to worry about parking since they have reserved parking. I love living here and would highly recommend!

      Weve only lived here a few weeks and overall, so far its been a good experience. The management has been pleasant and responsive to any of our questions upon move-in. There is a lack of enforcement of the garbage and parking rules which we wish would be addressed because its going to lead to an overall decline of this place over time, particularly with the garbage violations that are allowed. Its disheartening to see.

      Flats on Front offers a great deal of amenities and has a wonderful location. My apartment view of the river and what will be a park is amazing. When the sun is setting it is incredible. With the pool, party room, ride share lounge, exercise rooms dog park and bike storage you cannot go wrong. It has it all!

      The property is beautiful! The move in process is simple and seamless. Cary - the property manager is welcoming, easily accessible and is great at follow up when needed! The location is prime, the amenities are stellar and the apartments are modern, very spacious and full of upgrades. I would recommend getting in here as soon as possible, especially because of all the move in perks they are offering!
