I toured these apartments with Femi Sayikanmi and was pleasantly surprised. I know the area isn’t always that great, but I enjoyed it. The layout was nice, felt nice and homey. Still weigh your options before making a decision; lots of things to consider with new renovations being done.

This place is your worst nightmare. The washer and dryer for my building has not worked since i moved in 5 months ago. Roaches literally fall from the cieling and crawl from under the bed. Mice everywhere. There are literal mountains of trash surrounding the property. And even with the living conditions they charge 2 months rent to break the lease.
I’ve been living here since February and my ac hasn’t worked right since, the moved my apartment when i came to sign the lease,and showed me an apartment that i didn’t get on top of things being stolen and the screws on my deadbolt lock(the only lock)are loose. Before you ask yes they know and no they haven’t fixed anything I’m beyond annoyed with this place and i can’t wait to move.
I’ve been living here for about 6 months I was happy when I moved in loved the renovation past couple months I’ve been having mouse issues to the point I’m uncomfortable with every sound I hear I think it’s a mouse. I’ve seen one room into my master bedroom, then hear them in the kitchen maintenance came out and there was a trap under the stove with 4 baby ones on the trap pest control then came out later in the week and sprayed the kitchen but that did absolutely nothing days later I seen one in my living room, then scratching in my bedroom ceiling it’s gotten worse safe your money AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
Since we have moved in from week one we heard scratching in the walls, it sounded as if it was a whole family living in the walls. Next day seen 2 run out of the master bedroom. We got traps the same day & caught one everyday for almost 2weeks straight. They’ve done everything to fix the issue they even put rat poison in our walls to make the mice blow up & nothing happened. Beware!!!!!! it’s not the leasing offices fault 100% these renovations just moved the mice from the house to the walls. Then they eat through your walls ti get back in the house. They transferred us & everything got worse. These apartments are completely infested please save your money.
The prices are so low because they have a huge mice issue. My dad has been living there for about 4 years and had to buy electric mice traps all around the apartment. Dont be fooled by the renovations, that's just a slick way to raise the rent. Them walls are infested with mice. And just 2 nights ago residents decided to have a 40 inch tv in the entrance of the building to play madden. Your neighbors treat the steps in the building as a balcony because these units have no balcony which includes smoking in the hallways so beware. And if you have kids this is not a safe neighborhood.
I’ve been in my apartment for almost 5 months. It’s beautifully renovated and I love all the features in the place. But just 2 days ago, I saw a MOUSE in my bedroom and then yesterday I found ANOTHER one. It’s disgusting and not a pleasant living environment. They came out of nowhere and neither maintenance or the rental office have really tried to resolve the issue. I’m so upset and I don’t want my son and myself to be living with mice! Yuck.
Everyone has left reviews about how poor office management is but I haven’t had that problem from the moment I moved in Ms. Katina has been an angel every problem I had she never made me seem like a pest was always there willing to help whether be late night calls or even printing things out for me and let me tell u her turn around time for getting back to you exceptional she really made my move in and current stay great I honestly don’t know what I do without her here five ?? ???????? She’s awesome
And even though it hasn’t always been like this… I have to give credit where credit is due… I had a problem in my bathroom with my bathtub and I went to the rental office and told them the situation ( needed resurfacing)and I was pleasantly surprised that Tina addressed it immediately.. The same day she sent one of the maintenance guys up and he took pictures and she later called me and told me that a technician would be at my apartment the next morning to do the work! The guy came yesterday and did a fantastic job!… So things are looking up and I really appreciate it!????????
My family has lived here longer than most residents. They have changed management so many times but the service is still bad. Some of the office staff are pleasant but alot are unprofessional. They will not follow up with maintenance requests and mark them as complete. The neighborhood is also bad with drug dealers hanging out across the street.
I been trying to move in fir about two months the people in the rental office dont get back to you or anything but quick to take your money this is crazy and the managers said they cant help you because you assigned to that person that halped with your app never heard anything like that , dont even want to move her anymore
