About Flats at Twenty
Every home features upscale finishes including quartz countertops, luxury plank flooring, washer/dryer hookups, walk in closets, upgraded stainless steel appliances and fixtures. Prefer a wooded view, a corner unit, or vaulted ceilings? We have select units that offer just that. There will be 2 bedroom/2-bathroom units, 3 bedrooms/2-bathroom units as well as 2 bedroom/2-bathroom patio home style units with a front/back porch, 1 car garage and a mailbox. We have walking paths/biking trails surrounding the property (you can also access Commerce Parkways sidewalks that can take you to Ernie Harris Pkwy-great for runners/cyclists), a pickleball court, basketball court, playground and dog park in a park like setting. Our community center offers a fitness room, laundry mat, coffee bar, a large event room with a full kitchen and TVs (can be rented for special events), a smaller room with a smart board for business meetings etc, as well as a mail room for convenient package pickup. Coming in the spring of 2026 there will also be a community pool! There is a $75 fee per applicant on top of the $200 admin fee when applying. The $155 monthly utility fee includes: Spectrum internet/cable, water/sewer, trash and pest control-tenant pays for electric separately. Garages are available for $105 (12-month lease) or $95 for an 18-month lease. There are additional location premiums-please call to inquire. La Grange is overflowing with small-town charm, and despite its population of just under 9,000, there are plenty of conveniences and amenities that one might expect from a city more than twice its size.
La Grange’s Main Street is lined with historic buildings of all styles, but it has one feature that other small towns don’t: there’s a mainline train track that runs right along Main Street through La Grange’s downtown, and it is always a spectacle. La Grange is also known for the smell of freshly roasted coffee that drifts over the town thanks to La Grange Coffee Roasters. Grab a brew, watch the train roll by, and explore the rest of the boutiques and restaurants in the area.
The surrounding residential area of La Grange is largely newer developments that are full of traditional homes and apartments of all sizes. Louisville is just 30 minutes away via I-71 if the city starts calling your name.
