When I initially applied, I was not informed that the special would require a 14–15 month commitment. The first lease agreement I received via email was for a 12-month term, but upon arriving on move-in day, I was told it had changed to 14 months. This change was never communicated to me, and I felt blindsided by how the situation was handled. I immediately requested to speak with you, but the property manager claimed there was nothing she could do. I didn’t find this acceptable, so I waited for hours in the leasing office. No one reached out to me, even though the property manager eventually agreed to resolve the issue after I asked to speak with someone above her. The website also stated that the special applied to leases of 12–15 months, which added to my frustration. Additionally, during my tour, I specifically asked the leasing agent if the unit would be cleaned before my move-in. She assured me it would be cleaned if necessary. However, when I walked through the unit on move-in day, I found that it was not cleaned, several items were missing, and the flooring had been installed incorrectly. This was not the move-in experience I expected, and it left me feeling dissatisfied. I was also verbally told by the property manager that she would provide written confirmation for reimbursing my electric bill, which was in my name at the time. She promised everything would be resolved by Monday or Tuesday, but when she sent the email, she changed the timeline to Thursday without any prior notice. This lack of communication has been very frustrating. To make matters worse, I requested compensation for the additional move-in costs, including $300 to cover hotel accommodations, as I had to stay elsewhere until the unit was ready. I feel the inconvenience was not adequately addressed. The property manager did not respond to my request and failed to provide the promised updates on my move-in status. Regional manager does not care and does not respond issue unless you keep calling the corporate office. I’m glad I got my app and admin fees back. Overall, I feel that the communication has been poor, and the entire experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.
Wow, I highly recommend planning a visit soon this community checked all my boxes ! a fantastic location that not only offers a great atmosphere but also features and electric car charger for those of us who are eco-conscious or simply looking for convenience. from the moment I arrived I was impressed by the array of amenities they had to offer , the fitness center is well equipped and provides a great environment for residence to maintain their health and wellness. Additionally, the outdoor spaces are beautifully designed creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and social gatherings. the heated outdoor pool and open concept kitchens had me smiling. Situated in a rapidly developing neighborhood with easy access to major transportation, routes, shopping centers, and recreation facilities makes it even more inviting. Thank you once again Lindsey for your hospitality and for showcasing such an amazing community.

The office staff are both excellent and very responsive. The maintenance guy is ready and willing to help if needed an extremely experience. The apartments feel like A house and have extremely spacious closets.
