Property Ratings at The Flats at Springhurst Apartments of Lou...
One of my colleague referred me to this apartment, and he’s been waiting for the 500 bucks referral bonus to be released for 7 month. Nobody knows what’s going on from the leasing office. The noise from upstair ruining my bed time every single day. Must be the worst experience in my whole life.
I have been here for awhile and really enjoy all the clean and vibrant amenities. The workers go above and beyond for residents.
I can't express how truly amazing it is to live at Flats! Management here and everyone on staff are honestly amazing humans. They care about the needs and concerns of the tenants! They go above and beyond! The dog park needed some repairs and they opened up a temporary one to keep from being an inconvenience to the dog owners. Amenities are awesome and the apartments are spacious and beautifully designed! Zero complaints! Don't think twice, make flats your home! Walking distance from kroger and restaurants, great all around!
Kathy took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt that I would be living in a community that values their residents. You'll be pleasantly surprised when you visit The Flats at Springhurst.
As a new resident to the city, I toured The Flats at Springhurst Apts. Kathy provided exceptional service and was very helpful and patient in assisting me with my needs. The property is new and has all the amenities I was looking for in a residence. I would indeed recommend this property to new residents moving into Louisville. The location is great and in very close proximity to retail and food establishments.
