Located along I-44 about 90 miles southwest of Oklahoma City, Lawton is best known for containing the Fort Sill Army Base. Lawton is also home to Cameron University and the Great Plains Technology Center. While Lawton exudes a small-town vibe, there are plenty of things to do in town.

I absolutely love The Flats, the property stats clean, neighbors are respectable, management is great, and my kids can play outside.
I love the community at the Flats at MacArthur simply because they are nest, kid friendly, everyone minds their own business and management is awesome. The move in process was easy and the amenities make it even better. I also haven't witnessed any drama and my kids love it here.
Management sucks. The apartment came in a disaster. Work orders have not been satisfied and it has been over 2 weeks.
So far living at the Flats had been an enjoyable experience. Everything is conveniently located and easy to navigate.
We have enjoyed every bit of living in this apartment complex. The office staff are helpful and maintenance crew are quick to respond and handle the job well.

The staff is very friendly and reply back really fast. Everything was pretty much smooth sailing. The apartment complex is in a really good location. Also the apartment itself is really nice.

Management recently passed down a policy out of nowhere saying no more grills are allowed. Given that this is the summer time, it comes as a shock to everyone. On top of the property not being well maintained and dog poop everywhere outside. Would highly not recommend.

The complex is otherwise well maintained with a great front office in a great location. Close proximity to Fort Sill and MacArthur high school with the surrounding area being relatively safer than the rest of Lawton, this community is a great place to rent.

Overall my stay at the Flatts has been average. There have been many issues with my stay and a lot of maintenance needed for various reasons like the microwave, the oven thermometer needing fixed and being a safety issue, low water pressure due to misaligned shower spouts, and being out of a washer for almost a month. I appreciate the location and the staff has been very friendly considering what they have gone through with flooding of apartments due to snowstorm and Covid, but even then I noticed one day none of the staff had their masks on at the front desks regardless if they were behind the plexiglass.

I love living here. This is THE BEST complex in Lawton. The amenities are great, and my unit is BEYOND spacious. What I also love most is the fact that the staff CARES for their tenants. Luis is a patient and wonderful leasing manager. I will be making my stay long term.

The Flats is a great place to stay with fair prices. The maintenance team comes in a timely fashion and the office staff are reasonable and nice. I'd recommend to anybody looking for a nice, affordable place to stay. Also, the furnished apartments are great for people conducting a PCS for school that want to wait on HHG.

The Flats at Macarthur is a well-run establishment. You can always depend on fun activities happening around the complex like food truck Friday or taco night. The maintenance team is the best Ive ever seen as far as apartment complexes go. They come and fix the issue quickly and they are courteous while they do it.

It is a very small apartment but perfect for me being single. I feel there could have been things done to update the apartment prior to me moving in, but I was deployed so I didnt get to do the personal walk through myself.

I love living at the Flats at MacArthur. The community is lively and safe. The apartments come with a washer and dryer so you dont have to tote your laundry out at all, and it is easy to feel at home! The apartment itself is nice and spacious and it comes with a balcony, which I love.

Its a very nice place....quiet...staff is more than friendly and it just makes me feel at peace
High quality customer service and promptness when anything needs fixing
Staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. A month before moving in I contacted them about a furnished apartment. They helped me with the application and despite not having confirmation from the military about my PCS move there, they still held the apartment for me. Upon arrive to fort sill and Lawton, within less than an hour they had me finished with the application and I was moved in.
Very cooperative and respective staff, gets things done in a timely manner.
From the moment we spoke with Britni, we felt a warmth and geniune connenction, we haven't experience in any other place in our search. We were able to take our time in our decision but knew it was the best one for our family. Living at the Flats has been wonderful. We live in a budget friendly clean, quieter...community centered environment.
Over all I am very pleased with my stay here when it comes to the staff. They are very helpful and professional and I enjoy my interaction with them. Very great people. The only issues has been with the smoke detectors and the patio door. Overall, great experience.
