Property Ratings at Flats at 540
I moved out early with permission it just went bad from there. I was e-mailed that I owed $250+ and I emailed back I moved out and paid up and 540 Flats sent e-mail back I'll forward to Property manager, received no reply and just got my Collections letter via e-mail called 540 Flats they said too bad. So I just paid to get out of Collections. Stay away from this place.
