Great Place to Live I am only leaving because of needing to increase to a 4 br that is not offered here. I absolutely loved this complex and the fact they communicate any issues as they know of them to their residents. Also, their maintenance team was quick and no issues. Would have loved to spend my 3yrs here but life happens and we change. Highly recommend this place.

Quick but not complete I had a list of 4 things I needed done. 3 were completed first thing n the morning. One was not completed. No idea why.

Flats 146 is awesome I’ve lived here for around 3 years now and the office staff and maintenance are all amazing! they are all great with communication! very clean and tidy community and the office staff work very hard to keep it that way! 10/10 recommend

It’s Been Great! Honestly, it’s been a really great apartment! It has got the needs of me and my fiancé and my two cats. We have started to really make this place a home. The people working the leasing office are very, very kind.

Loved living here for over 3 years! My apartment was nice and really felt like a home, and it’s a real bonus that the Flats are so dog friendly! Working from home it was also important to really love my space and to be in a peaceful community where my work wouldn’t be disrupted. The Flats was perfect for that. I received packages without a glitch. Even during the pandemic when there was a massive influx of resident deliveries, management was quick to respond and knew just how to pivot to provide solutions with no inconvenience to residence. I highly recommend living here! The ladies in the office are so kind and maintenance is top notch (special shout out to Chris for always responding quickly and with a smile…even at 2AM!). Great price and great place to call home!

The apartments at 146 are so nice! From the updated grey trim, to the hardwood in the kitchen and bathrooms. The staff in the office are also super friendly! Ashley and Taylor were so helpful in getting started with my apartment! So happy I chose Flats at 146!

I love the layout of my apartment , but due to the thin walls and poor insulation, you hear everything. There’s neighbors in another building that throw parties and you can hear every conversation. (I’m not kidding) There was also someone selling drugs in the next building, but nothing was done about it. I’m woken up daily by my neighbors below me. Called the office several times and since my neighbors said they weren’t being noisy, they needed more proof. Teaching from home has been a nightmare because my students can hear the downstairs neighbors screaming at this kid and their kid having fits and banging on walls, shaking my apartment. If you don’t mind noise, great place.

My spouse and I have been here for a little over 8 months and this is by far the worst complex we have ever lived in. We have lived in several apartment complexes in different states due to my spouse's job, but we have never dealt with the level of filth and dog waste surrounding our first floor apartment. We live in a corner unit and the grassy area around the patio and including the patio itself is constantly used as a toilet for the dogs living in our building. We have talked to both the management and corporate office regarding this issue, but have not seen any results. The parking here is also extremely bad. We weren't even able to lease a garage in our building due to the fact that they lease them to tenants in other buildings. There is also garbage in the hallways all the time. My advice is look elsewhere.

I moved in a little over a month ago and the first two weeks my boyfriend and I lived there weren't bad. It was super quiet and we hadn't really run into issues with parking yet. Then a family moved in above us and their kids run all over the place making a ridiculous amount of noise. Sometimes it sounds like there's a WWE match going on up there, even while we're trying to sleep. ALSO, the parking is terrible. I can't understand how Flaherty and Collins didn't plan for the amount of people that live here AND visitors. It's inexcusable. I get home around 2:30pm everyday and at that point there is hardly any parking. I've heard them talk about plans for a dog park in the next 2 YEARS. I love my dogs, but how about some more parking so you can fit all your residents near their apartments!!!

Lived here for 12 months - Great community, good quality apartments and community, nice facilities. Parking is challenging after 6PM. Very disappointed in move out process as far as financing goes. Management found loop holes to charge more - Got stuck with paying extra when not needed. Overall good experience, up until the last couple weeks leading to move out.

The community overall is nice and quiet. As a typical community, there is some turn over in the office, and no impact is felt as a renter. Some issues I have noticed is other residents breastfeeding right in the community pool. The parking during the day is nice as you can get close to your building. If you come to the community after 7 pm, there is no parking remotely close to your building and cars are lined up all over the community. It looks like the main impact is with renters having vehicles for there jobs. Make sure you look at the community with parking needs and drive through the community and see if it is a fit. The last item is concerning the trash which is collected, but it piles up next to the trash dumpster on the north end of the property. The weekends tend to be very bad with garbage accumulation.

If you want bang for your buck, you've found it! I searched dozens of apartments and wanted something updated and with plenty of space since I had just lived 4 long years in small dorm rooms. The staff is super nice and the community is clean and quiet. Neighbors I have met so far have been nothing but friendly! My only complaint about the apartment is that the stairways have very sharp turns so getting a couch up is tricky/impossible. (I had to hoist my couch up and over the balcony shhh). But overall, my experience has been amazing! I'd be very surprised if you find another apartment in this price range with so much square footage and updated appliances!
