Five55 has great amenities, is in a great location, all for a great price. Staff is accommodating and friendly and there are many fun perks like free ices cream and coupons for local restaurants

Easy to find affordable housing in the Santa Cruz downtown area. This is a great place that's close to everything. Nice to be able to walk to entertainment and scenic areas.

Absolutely do not consider moving to 555. The property management is completely neglectful since Greystar took over in 2023.

This place is awful. So many building problems even though it’s brand new—flooding, vandalism, break-ins/thefts, ants, etc. The management is rude and incompetent. I will leave as soon as my lease is up. Avoid at all costs!
