As it goes for apartment living, Five Points is a great place to live.

We moved in recently and so far everything has been great! Dana has been extremely helpful and nice. We are able to text FivePoints at any point about maintenance (we have had no issues so far) and general questions which is amazing. Great location too, tons of shops and restaurants nearby.

Move in process was very easy to follow. Dana is great to work with and we love our new place. Amenities are very up to date and the wifi setup can be difficult as in prior places it was super easy to set up. Other than that very solid move in process.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, it is in a fantastic location with tons of things to do nearby, easy access to freeways. The property is well maintained and the apartments are very nice.

was a little difficult to get in contact with staff, but the move in was smooth and the apartment is great. high ceilings, clean, and gym is great. Maintenance is quick to respond. Plenty of car ports and also garages are available.

Been living here at Five Points for five years and have had one of the best experiences living here. The staff is great to work with and neighbors have been pleasant.

The management is fantastic—the most responsive and professional management I have seen in an apartment complex. The apartments are very nice as well with high ceilings, open floor plan, and modern finishes.

Everything has been great thus far! Haven’t had any issues or problems. I have no complaints. Keep up the good work! It is kept clean and tidy.

Communication was fast and efficient but my application took a while until it was approved and had not received my lease until the day before I was to move in so I was pretty frustrated. When I moved in, I found around 20 spiders and a lot of webs. Overall, however, the leasing/office agents were all really friendly and communicative.

Lovely units in great area. Prices have gone up 50% over last 3 years. New manager not attentive.

Strong weed smell from neighbor despite Air purifiers, blocking windows and 24/7 exhausts on; if you want to pay for this much and live with marijuana smell, may consider moving in. Reflected to manger multiple times, no constructive solutions.

I have only lived at Five Points for a few weeks but am very happy with the apartment and staff. They have been very easy to work with and the application process through move in was handled in a very professional manner. I had one service issue that came up early on and it was addressed to my satisfation in a very timely manner.

I love living here, it is so close to everything I need in a pinch. I'm across the street from OU, I can walk to a few choices of food. I'm a maximum of 10 minutes from downtown Rochester. The apartment finishing is also very nice. I definitely think you get what you pay for. I would recommend Five Points to someone looking for a new place to live.

I signed a 15-month lease and lived there from spring 2019 to summer 2020. It's a nice-looking apartment complex, and it is well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I liked the overall look of my top-floor, one-bedroom apartment, and having my own washer and dryer was a big plus. It was conveniently located for my job at the time I signed the lease, but I soon found the place to be way overpriced. The walls are very thin, and I could hear my neighbors. Some neighbors played loud music well into the night, and I had to call the police several times. Some thought that the music was coming from my apartment and called the police on me! The electricity bill was unbelievably high, and I wondered if there was something wrong with the wiring. I had some guests over several times, and they all commented that I had a nice apartment, but I would not recommend it because of the high cost of living there. It's not just the rent, but you also have to pay for heat, electricity, and water/sewage. The water bill is not based on how much an individual uses (like I was told when I signed the lease), but how much the whole building uses divided by the number of people living there. I'm the kind of person that likes to conserve energy. I hardly ever used the AC in the summer. Yet, I had to pay a huge amount of money every month, and I could not wait to move out.

The Five Points community has been my work home for 3 years. Five Points has been safe and secure from my observation, 1/2 mile from the Auburn Hills Police Department, and they frequently drive through the parking lot. Restaurants for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, are right next door and easily walkable, (Starbucks, Jersey Mikes, MOD Pizza and Applebee's, etc.) The apartment layout is efficient, and livable. The Office/Exercise/Pool area is always clean and usable (I row every day). A good choice, well worth consideration. Nothing negative to share.

Poor insulation so you can hear pretty much everything your neighbors do. If you live on the bottom floor, there is a porch door that doesn't properly seal on the bottom so when it rains hard your apartment will flood. I've also had cabinets that fall off the hinges multiple times so I need multiple maintenance requests. The rent prices are too high considering how cheaply built these apartments are. They look nice if you ignore the fact that the closet doors fall off sometimes, there are constantly spiders crawling around the walls and floors, the seal on the front door is coming off, you can hear conversations from your upstairs neighbors, and the appliances are of cheap quality.

I love living at Five Points. The management and staff are first class. The location is perfect. The place is all new and modern layout.

Five Points is a newer complex and offers a relaxed setting with the quiet community. I believe it is overpriced for "luxury" apartments as they continue to up pricing with limited amenities. Office staff is not as attentive as they were to the community as they once were. Overall, nice place but not worth the price.

Nice and cool place to stay..Good Management and maintenance service is very quick.I will recommend 200% best and new Apartment community in Metro Detroit.

Friendly and professional staff. Rent prices for unit will strangely increase once you schedule a tour/interest in applying. Cheap appliances and extremely poor sound insulation between upper/lower units: YOU CAN HEAR EVERY STEP/ACTIVITY THATS GOING ON ABOVE YOU. Extremely limited parking for visitors. Besides that, everything else has been fine.

Five Points is more than just apartments, it's a community. The management staff are welcoming from day one! Amenities include a gym and outdoor pool, covered parking and some garages. Apartment is great, with modern finishings and high ceilings.

I absolutely love Five Points and am so happy I found these apartments. They are very clean, well maintained and brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great living experience.

Best apartment I have lived in last 5 years. The only thing that needs to be reconsider your is the rent increase during renewals should not be there or should be little. Rest than that equipment or amenities are great. Closed parking, gym or pool you name it. Maintenance is also very quick.

The sense of community and safety is very strong at Five Points. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out their neighbor! With quick access to both I75 and M59, this location is super convenient. You are within a 15 minute drive of anything you could need!

For the most part, it is a quiet community. Most tennants are friendly. Management addresses your issues to try to resolve them.

Been living in Five Points now for around 2 months now and the overall experience has been great so far. The maintenance and cleanliness have been incredible! The office answers to the concerts and questions immediately! The best part about living here is the closeness to Oakland University and my workplace. I-59 and I-75 are really accessible. The community gym and the club area are awesome as well! and the fitness equipment is well kept and maintained! After living in more than one state, I still feel this is the best place I have lived so far!

The office staff is simply wonderful to talk with and are willing to help however they are able. The property is maintained much better than other places I have lived and work orders are answered quickly. My plans are to resign a lease :)

Five Points is the nicest complex I have seen in the Auburn Hills area. Close to OU and many different restaurants. The staff was professional and clearly knew what they were talking about. It is pet friendly and they dont lack green area to walk your pet around the complex. My neighbors were super friendly and welcoming when I moved in and so was the staff. The fitness center is clean and has all of the equipment you would need to get a good workout in (not to add it is open 24/7). Overall, I love Five Points!
