Our neighbors had gotten cockroaches and the pest control people weren’t on top of it so they spread to our apartment. Refused to spray more than once every two weeks. Became a complete infestation and ruined our couches, found roaches in every room. Made our last few months of staying there hell! Do not live here and expect zero bug problems! Stay away!

The office is amazing, these ladies are the best. Maintenance is better than I could even ask for! Happy to be signing for another year. It's pretty quiet, no safety issues that I've seen.

Fisherman's is Home! I have lived here for 8 years and can honestly say I love it. My favorite thing is being surrounded by nature and the river, it is peaceful to watch all the birds and wildlife. My kids love the playground and the nature trails. The Staff, Maintenance & Office are kind, considerate, prompt and professional. This Property is Highly Recommended!

I've lived here for 13 years and have had very few issues. The staff is awesome and respond to emergencies very quickly. The office staff need to work on communication skills for non emergency issues so I'm not wondering whats going on thinking I'm forgotten. Maintenance staff is awesome. Riki is by far the best I've seen living here or anywhere else for that matter. He is very detail orientated and goes the extra mile to be sure work is done to perfection as if it were his own home. Kudos to Riki.

The grounds of the property provide a quaint feeling to your living experience. I have been living here for a little under 6 months and found the maintenance staff to be very receptive and prompt to fit-it items that I may need in my apartment. My daughter and I think Ricki (Maintenance) and his staff are at the top of our experiences compared to our previous apartment complex.

Mold in bathrooms. Old pipes with copper build up, so invest in filters. Dirty breezeways filled with trash, spiders & raccoons. Management that refuses to speak with you when you have a problem. Maintenance was prompt

DEFINITELY ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEXES THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. NEVER SIGN A LEASE W/O BEING ABLE TO DO A FULL WALKTHROUGH OF THE EXACT UNIT YOU ARE MOVING INTO. While the ladies in the office seem genuine & work to get my issues resolved in a timely manner, I have experienced way too issues in the last 4 months. Let’s start with the fact I moved into a half cleaned apartment! From filthy living room blinds to disgusting kitchen cabinet shelves, think layers of dust, & dirty bathroom cabinets. There were also several broken items throughout the apartment. Kitchen & bathroom cabinet doors falling apart & looked as if termites had ate away at the bottom. Paint splatters all over the laminate wood floors. It was so bad, they had to send the cleaning lady back & I STILL ENDED UP GOING BEHIND HER TO CLEAN MORE! CLEARLY MANAGEMENT DIDN’T DO A THOROUGH WALKTHROUGH THEMSELVES. Stove had to be replaced because apparently the cleaning company cleaned it with the wrong products, causing the coating to peel off & fall into my food, ruining my Thanksgiving cakes. My A/C has gone out 3x in 4 months! 2 days ago, my guest bathroom toilet decided to flood & leak into the downstairs neighbor apt. GROSS! There’s bugs galore! Gnats, spiders, mosquitoes, roaches, & most recently, I have been seeing BIG RED FIRE ANTS. Yes, this complex is surrounded by trees & the Hillsborough River, so be prepared for bugs to be inside of your apartment! There’s so much more that I could complain about. I have seriously contemplated paying the fees to terminate my lease. ?? SO OVER IT. ALSO PARKING SUCKS FOR RESIDENTS & VISITORS!

I have no complains with this complex. My wife and I very much enjoy the community and the services! Hoping to stay here for many years more to come

We have lived here for 3 years already and so far no complains! Love how so nice the leasing office folks Kyra and Kerri are and maintenance is always done within a day! They are dog friendly plus they always have activites for the tenants. BEST apartment complex ever I lived in and no regrets.

We have lived here for 3 years and have nothing negative to say about it. Management is attentive, maintenance is great and the amenities are awesome. Gym, laundry, playground, dog park and great view of the river. We love living here!

I have lived here for many years and never tire of waking up to the sound of birds, catching a glimpse of a woodpecker, or enjoying a nature walk. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and always welcoming. Grounds are always clean and well manicured.

I have been living here for 4 years now, and have loved it here. The location is perfect, Kerri and the office staff have been wonderful and attentive. Maintenance goes above and beyond, and is quick with request! Quiet and they now have a new little dog park and tennis court for their residents!!! You would love living here as well!!!!!

I absolutely love living here....just renewed my lease for year 2 and I couldn’t be happier....the leasing office staff is phenomenally on POINT when it comes to any needs or concerns you may have and I think it’s really nice that they take pride in the maintenance of the apartment grounds (unlike several of the places I’ve lived before). Leasing staff also sends out text messages about different events happening in the complex (movie nights, complimentary gift wrapping station during Christmas, pizza for sale etc) which I think is so so cute and just really thoughtful! Also...it’s so quite here! Which is perfect for me because I’m an old soul and don’t like a lot of ruckus lol so I’ve been happy. If you’re looking for a place to live in Temple Terrace, this is seriously it.

I've been living at Fisherman's Landing for two years, and I've never been so happy in an apartment. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They take the time to get to know you, your family, and even your dogs. They even make it a point to have you bring your dog in so they can meet them so that they can identify them, the dog knows them, and they may return the fuzzy baby to you on the off-chance they might get out. The maintenance staff is on point. Any time I've had an issue, they have taken care of it in the same day that I called. They have recently began creating more amenities - expanding the pool deck for grilling, tennis courts, and an on-site dog park (my favorite part). The free valet trash is very convenient and runs Sunday to Thursday. Parking can be tight the later you come in at night, and spots in the parking lot can create some decent sized puddles when it rains. Nothing different from any other Florida parking lot. Any sort of intense flooding happens in the large grassy ditch that separates the parking lot. It's like having temporary lake-front property with some cute ducks. I've really enjoyed my time here, and intend to remain here as long as possible.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and have had a great experience. I'm single and childless and find the community quiet clean and pleasant. The only thing that I dislike is the tight parking/ flooding in the parking lot. It becomes a mini river after a nice Tampa storm. The maintence team is awesome and literally comes out same day for issues. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. The pool and laundry gym space is nice and they have curbside trash pick up for free!

Property Management is TERRIBLE. I cannot stress this enough. They are ignorant and unresponsive. They lie. Also, the parking lot floods horribly when it rains - so bad it's like a small lake. There are not enough parking spaces either. The apartments themselves are ok.

The bottom line is this place is affordable with a great location, but the common areas (stairwells, parking lot, entrances, etc) are littered with trash and management seems to be not interested in keeping it clean.

Seems like great place for families, I just wanted to move to a newer complex in a different neighborhood.
