Manager charges for every single thing!
This place is a rip off! The manager is not only very rude, she charges for things that aren’t the tenants responsibility, for example, things that break or need replacing anyway; they’ll make you eat the cost of the appliance or repairs! Been charged and paid for things that still haven’t even been done or replaced. Gerri is very unreasonable and it is corrupt. Needs new management!

WARNING! Gang Ridden, no Security!
Lived here for 3 years. Situation here within past year has become dangerous. Gang members reside in many apts. Drugs sold in front of building. No security on site. Police are here daily. Several units busted for narcotics incl next door. Currently no maintenance person available & Manager is here only 3 days a week. I have been threatened & in fear of my life. I will be moving asap.
