The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Finley Apartment Homes
The pool has been broken for the last two summers, The dog parks fence has been broken Since I moved in two years ago and the gym has a Leaky roof, and half the equipment is broken. They will delete your maintenance request without fulfilling it and will never give you a 24 hour notice before they send maintenance or anyone to your house. Or keep you up to date on how they're going to fix it or if they're going to fix it. There are nicer newer apartments for the same price less than five minutes away I would recommend those before you even look at these ones.

Please do not put yourself through the misery of living in this apartment complex! A cardboard box under a bridge would be more sufficient. Since I’ve lived here the washer and dryer hookups have been broken as well as the entire wall on the patio where you are supposed to have the washer and dryer is rotted and you can see right through to my neighboring apartment. The drawer in the kitchen broke and fell through into the cabinet the second day here. They do not allow anything on the porches except patio furniture (not my kids outside toys, play pool, plants, etc.) The sink In the bathroom does not drain, the water heater is broken and makes an awful sound and the shower head vibrates after 10 minutes of use. The pool stays closed. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to have anything fixed and the maintenance request has been in for over 6 weeks. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You are better off homeless then trying to live peacefully here!!
Pictures did not match the actual apartment and there were issues with appliances and water damage.
The staff, specifically Hannah, was extremely helpful during the application process and was able to answer any question I had. They were able to switch me from a two bedroom to an available one bedroom after a complication with my would-have-been roommate, and did not ask for any additional application fees or cause any undue problems. The community itself has many nice amenities, my favorite being the package delivery service, where packages are stored in electronic lockers that are opened with a unique code that you are given when you get a delivery, so that only you can receive your package and you dont have to worry about someone taking your delivery off of your porch. Overall extremely satisfied with Finley Apartments.
I have just recently moved into the Finley Apartments, and the move-in process was very smooth! I have been here almost a month and I have no reason to say this isnt a great place to live! I would highly recommend living here!
Great but management is too busy to cater to residents
Great apartments!
You can hear everything is happening in the next apartment. Some of the units are not rehab and they charge you the same or more rent than the ones are new.
I love it here. The apartments are nice and comfortable.
Shady business practices. Prices advertised on here, other apartment sites, and their own website are not correct. They state it is because their “website is down” but it’s not. You can access it literally right now. Also insisted on us signing a lease before we even saw the actual unit. Luckily we did not. Avoid!!

Place is horrible. $400 non-refundable and still making us pay for "damages" that were already there. The carpet and floor is messed up in several places which was written on the form of things messed up in the apartment. Like the carpet coming up in places and racks and nails coming up out of it. The floor is uneven and creeks in a lot of places and you can hear blocks shifting. underneath the carpet. The fridge frequently leaks. Electrical sockets in bathroom always turn off and mess up, and other electrical sockets are loose. Patio is shaving off, rotting, and has nails sticking out of it. It gets worse every day. Complex turns off plumbing multiple times and they don't notify us. No hot water line leading to laundry unit. Previous patio door would fall on us and wouldn't open at times. This would zap our electricty bc it would be slightly opened. And wouldn't replace patio door til we complained to corporate. Air filter is very messy. No one came to change it. Air ventilation is horrible. Have to close vents to kitchen and living room to get air to bedrooms. Bottom floor neighbors has LOUD music late at night. Window leaks when it rains. Air vent leaks and has bubbling on it. When patio door was replaced maintenance never came back and cleaned up. Leaving nails, unpainted walls, wood chippings, etc. Said they'd come back but didn't. Small items were left by previous tennants.

Soooooo many problems with this place. And even if we wanted things fixed (which we do) no one can fix it. The maintenance crew tell us they cant fix or replace certain things because the apartment heads wont let them. For instance, our apartment patio is completely shaved off. There's wood sticking out of the boards and the paint is completely gone so we cant go outside without shoes or at least socks. Our bulb in the kitchen constantly flickers, electrical sockets in both bathrooms don't work so don't expect using those. Our floor in our dining room and living room is uneven. Oh and get this. Remember that patio I mentioned earlier?? Yeah that door has fallen on us FOUR times. Three of the times we had to put it on ourselves because it was too late for maintenance (it isnt 24/7). They told us it would be replaced but hasn't happened. Turns out, it wont ever be while we are there. Maintenance told us that they are only replacing one door... a MONTH. Yeah... I wont even go over what else is wrong with that patio and the laundry unit on said patio. I will be here all day spouting all that's wrong. All those cute photos of what it looks like? Yeah doesnt look anything like that. Those are just SOME of the things wrong with our apartment.
This place is absolutely awful. The whole complex is falling apart and they don't have the budget to fix it, but will gladly spend money every year to paint the asfalt (not repave, repaint). They have fleas running rampant in the summers and don't do anything about them until October. The manager will talk to you on the phone like she is just an employee and tell you to come into the office to discuss any matters with the manager. I guess she likes to get people's hopes up by saying the manager will be able to do something, then tell you that she is completely incapable of anything. That alone is frustrating enough without her getting an attitude with you for being rightfully frustrated. Maintenance is also a joke. Good luck getting anything fixed! Unless it is actually a safety issue they'll probably just tell you to deal with it. (My bathroom cabinet is literally rotting away and their response was "all of the cabinets look like that") when my lease is up I'm looking into getting a cardboard box for my next apartment, at least the rent will be reasonable and I'm betting the cardboard roof will hold up better in the rain than in this dump.
This is one of the greatest apartments I have occupied. It is pet friendly, very important to me! There are pool parties, social gatherings, residential decorating contests (even one for pooches), and gifts for birthdays, mother's day, and father's day! You can not beat that! They also wrap gifts during the holiday season, movie rentals, and will take care of dry cleaning responsibilities, yes I said that! The staff is always friendly and courteous, and displays great concerns for their residents. The two glistening pools are great for those summer days, and then go work out during the winter (that may just be me)! I would encourage anyone to stop by Bullard Creek Apartments!
Bullard Creek are pretty comfy apartments.. They have 2 beautiful swimming pools, a fitness center, and tennis court.. It's quiet and cozy .. Plus it's right near Broadway so it's very convenient ..
So this is my first apartment, and I absolutely love it. Nice neighbors, great parking, and I have a beautiful view of the pool. My balcony is very spacious and it has a outdoor storage room. There's even a fireplace in my living room so it was love at first sight. The staff here are nice and always willing to help. So if your in the Tyler area give Bullard Creek a try ??
