Maintenance requests often go unanswered, and communication is terrible. The apartment itself is fine for a starter place, but it’s frustrating and unprofessional when management ghosts you instead of resolving issues. Responses can feel dismissive, with irrelevant questions asked instead of real solutions.

The property manager rarely responds to calls or text and when he does he lies

Bugs, constant police calls, loud neighbors, smell of weed, lack of safety/security, poorly finished, extremely poor management and communication, mail is consistently stolen, dark walk from parking lot, many fees randomly. Take your money and self elsewhere

After searching for a couple of months my fiancé and I finally stumbled upon this lovely apartment. We had moved in about a couple weeks ago and since then we have just fallen in love with our new home. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. There's lots of storage space inside. Oh and I can't forget about our walk in closet that is just amazing! It is really not noisy at all besides the highway that is behind us but what do you expect when you're in the city of Milwaukee? We have a cute little balcony as well with a decent size backyard perfect for dogs as we see most of our neighbors playing with. There also is a laundry room downstairs with lots of washers and dryers as well as a decent size storage area. Each unit has its own storage area which is fenced and locked. The location of the building is great, five minutes away from a Walmart, pick and save and other stores as well. On the corner of the street is a number of fast food places including KFC, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Arby's, Wendy's and the list just goes on. We are also about 10 minutes away from Mayfair Mall and all of the great surrounding stores and restaurants. This is a big step and the rest of her lives together and I can't wait to plan our future!
