The pool is fantastic and it is in a great area. Wonderful staff and maintenance was always quick to respond and fix anything. Wish I didn’t have to leave.

Great location, close to downtown Dayton and all major highways, goes unnoticed do to being back off the road, very quite. Maintenance is amazing, manager is Stacy is very friendly and proficient, actually her entire team is just great - no complaints! Lived here going on four years and no plans on moving.

Such a gorgeous and quiet property! Fieldstone is next to so many wonderful stores and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet location! The amenities are fabulous it’s so nice not having to pay for a gym membership!

I’ve been living here for 5 years now and never plan on leaving ! Such a great community, well kept, and such amazing management!

This community is beautiful, well kept and accepting. The office staff was kind. It could not be better located by the Greene and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities and a peaceful quiet neighborhood, going to miss living here!

Apartments are spacious & management is top notch. Maintenance is always on it and the community events are the best. My top choice of place to live. They truely care!

I love living here, I've been here for several years and the manager is so personal, and Maintenance is great. We do have a lot of fun residence activities that we do. It's nice to get to know your neighbors are grounds are always well kept everybody here is very kind and respectful and it's quiet. That's one of my other favorite parts if you're looking for a new place to call home stop by and take a look you won't be disappointed .

I've been here for a month, really enjoying my apartment, and I have a garage, nice view too if the sun rise, I will recommend to to incoming colleagues.

I lived here for 2.5 years and enjoyed my time there. Only reason I left was for a new job in a different state. The staff were great and very attentive. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of very quickly. The amenities in my apartment and the clubhouse were fantastic. I certainly recommend anyone looking for a new place in the Beavercreek area to check this place out!

I had to lease this apartment sight unseen, and it looks just like the pictures. Transferred in from CO to WPAFB, I was a tad nervous but I was happily surprised to see my apartment. So far, manager and maintenance have been great.

Close to the base, shopping and entertainment, I like that I'm close to downtown Dayton as there are alot of museums and outside restaurants. It's a great location.

We just moved and I called to see the status on my return of our deposit, spoke with Stacy (manager), she asked how we were, the office staff and maintenance are the nicest we have ever came across in an apartment community!

Great customer service from Stacey and her team. We loved living here for the two years we called it home. We would have stayed longer if we weren't ready to buy our first house. Maintenance was always out the same day to fix any issues, which were few and far between. Truly a great staff of people that care about their residents.

We walked in and they were really nice,. they took their time showing us around. I was interested in a 1 bedroom but none are available at this time too bad too because I really liked the location and I liked the natural light of the apartment I did see. The swimming pool looked really inviting as well overall I was impressed with them.

The employees are friendly & helpful. There is a sparkling beautiful pool, fully equipped gym & the office even has a snack station.

Fieldstone has everything you could ever need great location, friendly staff, pool, nice gym & the office even has a snack bar.

The apartment itself offers plenty of space and comfort. The apartment was very clean upon moving in, with all appliances in good shape. The complex offers a community grill, pool, fitness center, and coin-operated laundry facility. The pool is a good size and a great area to relax after work or after a workout. The fitness center is good for an apartment complex. It offers a few machines, an adjustable weight bench, a dumbbell/kettlebell rack, and a medicine ball rack. The staff, Melissa and Stacey, have been nothing but nice and helpful from the moment I first called to inquire about staying at the complex. They care about the residents and do their best to solve any problems that might arise. I have not had any serious maintenance issues so far in my stay. I have had small issues that were addressed and fixed within a 24-hour timeline. Fieldstone has met and surpassed my expectations. Overall a decent place to call home for the time being.

The property is excellent! customer care is great and Melissa gave me all the help I needed. all was fast, secure and comfortable. I really recommend it! as a foreign citizen I was ready to have a lot of problem and I was surprised ro receive so great support! all was easy.

New to area, rented site unseen, went by pictures and talking with office ladies. I wasn’t disappointed at all, as I have a great location, l like my vaulted ceiling’s, and close to the air base.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We love it here. We enjoy the pool and being able to walk our dog around the area.

When you have maintenance issues it never gets fixed. Staff needs hired. You can't maintain 2 properties with one set of staff.

Fieldstone is a amazing property to live at! A few of my personal favorites are the pool and the gym. The property is very well kept up with and all the residents seem respectful of one another. I also love the location and how close everything is but secluded as well. The office managers are AMAZING and have the best personalities. Thankyou for everything you guys do.

I chose Fieldstone because I am very impressed with the spacious layouts of the apartments and the storage space is incredible. I really love how the complex is located just off of a main road but far enough back that it feels secluded and is very quiet. The complex has a pool and a fitness facility on site which is very convenient. The management team have been very friendly and accommodating throughout this process. I am looking forward to calling this place home!

I took a tour of the property today and I loved it! Really close to The Greene & plenty of quiet space all around. I met with Melissa and also met Stacey today as well, and both were friendly and professional.

I love my apartment at fieldstone it is so beautifully kept and I am so glad that this is the community I chose when I was looking. The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Stacey I know if I ever need anything they will respond right away and take good care of me.

Stopped by for a tour of their Orchid floor plan, very spacious, I did like the kitchen so many cabinets! The manager gave me the tour I liked her very personable however the apartment is not for me it's for my son who is starting a job at Soin Medical Center so it will be up to him to choose but I do like this place.

I recently visited Fieldstone and loved the community and location! The staff was extremely friendly and informative, the grounds are extremely well taken care of, and the apartments are very spacious with a lot of natural light. Definitely recommend checking out these apartments!

Focus on what the residents needs and maybe the reviews will be better. I have been asking for the same maintenance request for almost 2 weeks. No faith it's going to be addressed.

Called first, spoke with Stacey who was very personal on the phone. We did set a time to meet, we did a walk through and felt this is it, we felt the community was well kept too, and we can't wait to move in.

I'm counting the months (counting days would drive me insane) until the end of our initial lease and jubilant departure. Maintenance is competent-when they show up. You must harass our deceitful mgmt for that to happen. There were numerous maintenance issues obviously skipped during make-ready. No communication or follow up during/after repairs. Overpriced, but that buys better neighbors. They ignore you like mgmt does, but we’re much more interested in a good night's sleep. The typical complex riff-raff is priced out of this very safe neighborhood. Traffic noise from County Line Rd is quite high M-F. Keep ice skates handy for when it storms-Fieldstone parking lots and sidewalks hardly get cleared. We were previously fooled by overwhelmingly stellar reviews @this web site. We now overwhelmingly doubt their authenticity. Oh well-at least you know that this one is. And no, Stacey-we’re not coming by to discuss-the excuses are sooo tired.

Great apartment complex with well kept up grounds and parking lot. Very welcoming and an overall comforting environment.

took a tour of an apartment i was intrested in. complex was excellent well kept with. people were very responsive and nice.

Large floor plans, clean property, very good location. They have a pol and a fitness center.

The apartments are nice but despite increasing rent charges there is also a decrease in quality of service. Maintenance in particular has become unreliable and of poorer quality. The corporate owners have farmed out utilities and other items to third party companies and sloppy mistakes are happening. For the price you'll pay for rent, you should be able to count on better service. A shame as I lived here for 5 years and it was great until the past year or so.

These apartments are really nice... they have large Balconies, great pool and fitness center.

Stopped by in hopes they had a 2 bedroom that I can move into quickly as I only have a few weeks to find a new place due to a job relocation in the area, but nothing available till October. Leading gal was sweet and kind, their landscaping was nice and everything looked clean.
