This place is a garbage place. Moved in because it was the only option in Dothan with a 3 month lease. Roaches, mold, broken A/C in July for 2 weeks, no water heater, bad smell, dirty. You name it

I highly recommend Fieldcrest Apartments to everyone who’s looking for a nice and safe place to live. This is my first home when I came here in the US and stayed for almost 3 years. Office staff are wonderful, helpful and very friendly. This place is very convenient for people and pets. ????

I give no stars because they did not give me the apartment that i was promised and also I was not given the price that I was told. They don't do security deposit and first months rent. So, you better move in far from rent day because they don't give you time to pay rent. I had just moved to the area from another city. I had just started work and they did not give me enough time to pay. I also did not get to move in the original day that I was told I would be able too. It was just a horrible experience all together and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to live horribly.

Was wanting a downstairs 2 bed apartment on the cheap side which we was told was available. I paid almost a 350 application fee. after they got the fee they called and said your job situation ain't gone work. so i came down find a job went back to inform them of it now I'm approved now they need to just get my previous rental history info and we should be good. 3 to 4 days later they didn't even started the process we took the time to gather all the info for them not to mention we already gave them the numbers to call. when they finally got that info squared away give us called and said yea we are good to go but your apartment wont be ready until another week. So now i had to call the job i had got ask them could i start at a later week had to pay some extra fee at the place i was staying at before in order to good there until time. They lied and played with my application till the last of May which we start the application on the 13 got approved to move in on the 25.... not only that the apt we wanted was gave to someone so we was forced to chose a upstairs apt on the expensive side same apt we told the girl who was showing us the place that we didn't wont not only that had to pay extra hiding fees before move in i end up paying around 600 dollars before getting keys. 11 days later after moving in i didn't even get my first pay check at my job yet. i was give a note stating late fee charges and you got 7 days before eviction.....DONT MOVE HERE BAD IDEA

As far as the office staff, they are very friendly and attentive to things you say or need. (that they can supply) The maintenance staff is horrible. They will fix things the way they know how, but not the way it should be done so there isn't a problem again. They are loud and distracting by the pool on the weekends, drinking and surrounding the grill so others can't use it. We had several problems with marijuana smells in our apartment and complained several times but nothing changed. Ppl would "throw" their garbage away but would only throw it next to the dumpster which would build up to the point that I'd have to walk on garbage to throw mine away. Things like this built up to us not renewing our lease and rushing us to move away. We had a two year plan, but that quickly went to a one year plan after we spent time here. It is pretty and the remodel is very nice, but the maintenance staff is ridiculous.

I have only lived at Fieldcrest for two months, but I have loved it so far! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had a few maintenance issues since living here (due to issues no one could avoid) but the maintenance staff have fixed everything within a timely manner. I’ve lived at other apartment complexes where this was not the case. The environment is family friendly and easy going. I thoroughly enjoy living at Fieldcrest and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for somewhere to live! :)

Fieldcrest apartments is a great place to live . The staff is friendly and outgoing the maintenance staff is efficient and quick. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartments are very comfortable, spacious and all apartments have been recently been upgraded to be energy efficient! All and all one of the best places I've ever lived!

I have lived at Fieldcrest for 5 years now and I really like all the stuff they have done and are doing. It has been a little crazy during some of the renovations but it is totally worth it. The outside looks so much nicer than it did before. I know that they are doing stuff to the insides, I just hope that they will at some point do it to all of our apartments and not just the ones that people move out of. The windows have definitely great to get. I have never once had a problem getting anything fixed and the staff always treats me great. If I move it will me because I buy a home or get transferred with work. I am going to give 4 stars, when they are done with everything I may go back and give 5.

I lived in this apartment for more than a year,When I live in.There are a lot of animal hair and smell on the carpet,We cleaned up for a long time before cleaning up.I think they did not clean up the carpet and carpet odor control before we lived in.But when we move away.They sent me a bill.Carpet odor control bill 3 days 450 dollars.When we left.The carpet is very clean.I do not know why our carpet is very clean, you also want us to out of 450 dollars carpet odor control costs.My deposit is 250 dollars, when I left, they told me to help me put the last month of the water fee deducted from the deposit, and then sent the rest to me. And did not tell me that I need to pay the other fees.replacement of 4 drip pans 20 dollars, reasonable .cleaning of the apartment, reasonable. 125 dollars reasonable .prime and kiltz of walls 40 dollars reasonable .carpet odor control 3day (150/day)450 dollrs, Very unreasonable.So do not think that your deposit can take back, they will only let you pay some unreasonable costs.The carpet is not damaged The walls are not damaged just the smell you let me pay $ 450. Do you feel reasonable? If you want to renovate the whole room, do I have to pay the money.
These apartments are one of the best apartments in my town. It has two pools, workout center, great management, and all the apartments are really nice inside and out.
This is a very nice complex and I have really enjoyed it here. Nice and spacious and a very friendly place to stay. The folks in the office is super nice and friendly. And I really feel at he here.
My wife and I have recently moved into Astor Court, a small secluded part of a much larger apartment complex named Fieldcrest Apartments. Our small but perfect 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment boasts its own parking lot and dumpster! What more could you ask for? Our main worry about living here was the noise....I have ALWAYS lived on nothing smaller than 50 acres and moving straight here was stressful to say the least. But moving here was a great decision and we even live on the bottom floor! I would recommend it to anyone! Thanks for reading!
I've been living in Fieldcrest for over a year and my apartment is alright. The seals on the windows and doors are terrible, so the living room is hot in the Summer and freezing in the Winter. The appliances are very old and they will not be replaced until they completely stop working, but they will be replaced with another old appliance. If you need maintenance to work on something plan on waiting all day. They staff are very nosey and clearly gossip, I have spoke to them 5 times and somehow they know everything about me. The office and staff always smell like cigarette smoke. On a brighter note, I like the location. There is a Walmart right down the road and I'm not far from FL.
