Cranberry is a pleasant community in Butler County 20 miles north of Pittsburgh. This once agricultural community was made more attractive with the development of the two interstates which make Cranberry Township a commuter option. Those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city yet remain accessible to it are drawn to Cranberry. Today, the population of Cranberry Township continues to climb by attracting newcomers with its top-notch community amenities, job opportunities, and welcoming atmosphere. From children to adults, Cranberry has a way for just about every member of the community to get involved. The Cranberry Public Library and the Cranberry Township Municipal Center provide everything from early education programs to athletic classes and leagues. Property Ratings at Felson
The property is still very nice, however, I will not be staying past the end of the lease. It is far too expensive for the one bedroom I chose due to the small size.
The Felson apartment community is beautiful & well maintained. The staff is friendly & helpful. The heated garage is a luxurious bonus, especially in the winter. I haven’t been in the pool yet, but look forward to it when summer arrives. Having Amazon lockers on site is a very convenient & secure way of receiving packages. The area has everything you need within minutes.
Beautiful and quiet community. Awesome management, friendly neighbors. Near major grocery stores, restaurants and church. My family and I love it here.
Even tho I moved in a few days ago…. I love it here , everyone is so friendly and it’s such a beautiful area. I’m so blessed and can’t wait to meet more people in this complex !!

Great community. Always clean. Management and maintenance have always been super helpful and quick (I've locked myself out of my apartment quite a few times). Clubhouse and pool are convenient. No complaints!

We're new, but loving the convenient location, amenities, and our EV space in the garage! We haven't lived in an apartment in more than 15 years, but this is a pleasant return to apartment living.

Unresponsive management to concerns. I have a neighbor whose dog barks for hours. I tried talking with neighbor no resolve. I called rental office promised call back or they would do something, and did nothing. Carpets in elevators are filthy due to dog pee. Poor quality, just don't move here, unless you like living with loud music and dogs barking.
Great 1st impression and am excited to live here. The move in process was very straightforward and the staff was there and available to answer all of our questions as we were moving in from out of town.
Response to maintenance requests has been great. I like the community. My complaint is that the walls between apartments has no sound proofing. I can hear my neighbor talking and coughing. Also you can hear hallway noise because there are gaps around the door abs the doors themselves are not high quality. For a luxury apartment the noise issues are trouble some. However I am pretty content here.
I really enjoy living in these apartments. The place is clean and quiet, and the amenities are great – especially the gym and pool. wonderful experience.
There is a ton of security throughout the property and units. I love it! Especially the Key Fob, which lets you through secure doors when your hands are full. Nice!
We have wonderful experience living at Felson. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
Felson is a lovely place to live. The apartments are beautiful and lots of storage space. The amenities are good and varied. The garage option is also good. We think you get a lot for the price.

Great apartment with pool . Everyone seems very nice. It is a welcoming environment. I have not used the gym yet but it looks like it has everything I would need .

Great community. Clean and well taken care of buildings. Dog park is in great condition. Employees are super nice. Maintenance is quick to get things done and very friendly.
The Felson is a new community. The management is very friendly. The buildings, property and shared amenities are in great shape right now. The maintenance staff is quick. I’ve only had two small things that needed fixed. The only reason I can’t give them a 5 star is the apartments are not very sound proof. I often hear everything going on in other apartments especially from the hallways in the evenings.

Very updated units with lots of storage. Very helpful staff. We love the balcony and large bathrooms. The garage is great. The kitchen has lots of countertops and storage.
My family and I love our place here at Felson. Units are new and tidy, the complex is quiet, residents are friendly. Best thing is, it’s near my favorite groceries and restaurants.
Living in this apartment community has been an absolute pleasure. The maintenance team is exceptional, promptly and kindly addressing any issues that arise. The staff is friendly and understanding, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The communal spaces are well-maintained, fostering a sense of community among residents. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home.
We love it here we’ve been a resident a little over a year now and it’s been nothing shy of amazing! Whatever you need everyone is so friendly, and the team here at Felson makes you feel so welcome! Only gripe about things is parking at times they charge $70 to park inside the garage so spots outside fill up quick!
Shannon and the staff were extremely accommodating. We had no hot water when we moved in, however that was quickly resolved. The maintenance was there immediately and rectified the problem. The accommodations are kept clean, even the lobby. Someone is there daily mopping up and keeping the place very tidy. Parking is never an issue and you have the option of open spaces outside or an assigned space in a garage.
The Felson is a new apartment complex. It is very spacious and nice inside with granite kitchen countertops. The indoor parking garage is very convenient.
I enjoy living here at the Felson! Moving here from a big house I found the complex has a lot to offer and while there are a few very minor things not to my liking the positives certainly outweighs those that are not. It is new and offers amenities that are accommodating. It is well maintained and the maintenance guys are timely and knowledgeable. There are plenty of eateries, shops, grocery stores and interstate access in the immediate vicinity. I like it here and recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
Felson rocks!! Living here is so fun. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment in the area. There’s so much to do close by.
Felson is a very modern apartment complex. I love having an attached heated garage with EV chargers in it. I am very happy with my stay here!
