Property Ratings at Felix
The Management really cares about the community of residents. It shows through the little things they do, such as providing a convenient gift wrapping station for the holidays and even through hosting regular community events with thoughtful food and prizes so you actually get to know your neighbor. Quality people make for a quality community, from the way everyone says hello to the cleanliness and scented entrance, Felix has got the people and amenities in the right place.
I would not spread the word until I know the garage parking situation is better. Permit parking at a public parking area is not ideal.
Felix is a wonderful building with great amenities, great staff, and great apartments. We feel right at home and have been enjoying everything Felix has to offer.
We love our new home at the Felix. The leasing and move in process was easy and straightforward. To a person, the building staff has been welcoming, helpful, and professional. We also appreciate the thoughtful and beautiful design choices made in the community areas and apartments. And we couldn't be happier with the location -- excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment options are just steps away.
Location is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Building is secure and clean.
