All floor plans are really nice and spacious. The application has been very easy. Highly recommend Faudree ranch.

This was a no brainer. Found a home quick and super simple application process. Everything is up to date and beautiful interiors. Also in a very great area and super convenient to lots of activities around the area. Best choice!

I'm currently in the application process for this apartment complex, and so far my experience has been excellent. The leasing agent, Andriana, has been very friendly, professional, and responsive, making the process feel smooth and welcoming. The facilities also look well-maintained and thoughtfully designed — from what I’ve seen, the property is clean, modern, and seems to offer a great living environment. Looking forward to the next steps and hopeful to become a resident here!

Andrea is very sweet and professional, she is always ready to help, explain and responds to any questions, and goes the extra mile to help in any possible way. The whole team is just awesome, creating such a warm and inviting environment. The apartments are very clean and maintenance guys are very nice and fast to attend to any problem that needs to be fixed.

Sarah was an amazing and very helpful person. With my job my mind is always all over the place and had to ask questions multiple times and she was happy to answer. Recommend to ask for sarah of you are thinking about getting information on this complex. Beautiful and well taken care of as well.

I had an issue with my heat in that the central heat and air device wasn't working properly in regards to the heat. I put in an online maintenance service request and within 10 mins a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the device within 20mins. It's not typical in my experience that service requests occur that quickly and professionally. I love it here at Faudree Ranch and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apt complex with fantastic office folks and staff.

The team made a great effort to make experience great specially Jessica and Sarah. Apartment is very comfortable with beautiful floors and amenities. Includes balcony and multiple green areas with pool and gym.

Put in a requested for normal wear and tear , the next day our maintenance team shows up to complete request ! Very fast response! I have enjoyed my time here & appreciate all the hard work from the maintenance team ! Great management.

Faudree Ranch is so welcoming, the staff is great, the grounds immaculate, and the apartments are so clean and spacious. Other apartments we looked at just didn't check all the boxes. Faudree Ranch did. Our move in was great and we've enjoyed our time here so far.

Trying to find an apartment from afar can be very stressful and I have made calls to many apartment communities in Odessa that were less than helpful. From my very first call to Faudree Ranch, Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the community and renting process. She has been very patient with all of our questions and easy to get ahold of each time we call. She’s provided detailed information of the property and apartment home based on our leasing experience, we feel confident that our stay at Faudree Ranch will be wonderful and are excited to join the community!

The apartments are stunning inside and out. The pool is amazing and it has cabanas, a water slide, and a huge tanning ledge.

This place is great, any time I have had a problem it gets fixed right away. I was super surprised by the time that the maintenance took to check everything to make sure the problem was fixed!

This place had the nerve to turn me down because of past credit but I have had 3 apartments in my name with great rental history. SMH. They didn’t care about that, said my bf was approved not me then said if I moved in we would get evicted. How rude!!!!

Unorganized management.......beware of greedy management who claims they know what they are talking about...

If you enjoy being shaken down and shafted with unreasonable and unexpected fees and services, this is the apartment for you. Problems seemed to have arisen after change of apartment management to Greystar. Only thing I can say is to beware of any apartments managed by "Greystar", because apparently "Redefining Excellence" means surprising you with unnecessary, mandatory, recurring charges for useless services. Move-in was also terrible. Arrived on day of move-in and had to wait about 2 hours for carpet cleaning which was not done on time, and tiles/hardwood floors were a mess with dust everywhere. Had to clean it myself. Will update review if apartment management becomes more reasonable and changes their highly unpopular policy practices.

The apartments are brand new and so far have been nicely kept. The service has been prompt and any repairs have been done in a timely manner. Like all apartments in this area, the rent is high but no different than any other complex.
