The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Farmingdale Villas 55+
If you are a senior citizen or someone looking for an apartment for a senior family member or friend, Farmingdale Villas does not offer its senior residents a pleasant living experience. It would be wise to avoid the disappointment and regret of living at Farmingdale Villas. The poor living experience at Farmingdale Villas is directly associated with the property management style which is extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, rude, disrespectful, and verbally abusive to the residents on a regular basis. Farmingdale Villas is an older complex with outdated amenities. Management does not respond to basic maintenance and service requests in a timely fashion; routinely ignores and fails to complete basic repairs and maintenance requests; and will try to intimidate and force residents to pay for the maintenance repairs in the rental unit. If a resident or loved one advocates on behalf of the senior resident concerns; property management is completely uncooperative and intimidating to maintain control of the residents. The property management is not trustworthy and creates an uncomfortable living environment that lacks a sense of connection and community for its residents. It’s unbelievable that Farmingdale Villas would treat senior people in their 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s in this way. When you decide to move out, you can expect that the management office will find a reason to refuse to refund your security deposit without justification. For all these reasons, Farmingdale Villas really gets a zero (0) rating!
