Property Ratings at Farmhaus Apartments
Maintenance staff is excellent. My apt flooded last year when there were heavy rains but maintenance fixed the outside landscaping for water runoff immediately . Since then no further problems .Office staff old and new are great . Apt is very classy nice fixtures and fittings . I am hoping my move out after inspection will be as easy and problem free as my move in. Will keep you update . Going to miss this community . Moving because of work . Building 8 Tenant FJalill

I really enjoy living in the Farmhaus community. My unit is beautifully proportioned with lots of nice touches. The office staff are professional and helpful. Maintenance staff responsive. Property is quiet, though it is winter so not a great deal is happening outdoors. I love that there are loving pet owners here walking and cleaning up after their dogs.

The maintenance staff are excellent, and everyone at the leasing office is so friendly! I’ve seen nothing but improvements since moving in almost one year ago.

The grounds are impeccable, even in the winter I can tell that great care is taken maintaining the exterior facade and the landscaping. Helps me to know that the rest of the maintenance team also provides high quality work.
I enjoy the community at Farm Haus! Maintenance comes right away if there is an issue and the people are friendly.

Be very cautious about moving here. Management is not concerned about any concerns or cleanliness. Nothing is ever addressed properly not even by District Managers or Corporate Office!

My fiancee and I were looking for 2 bed/2 bath apts when she found Farmhaus. Getting an appointment to see the apartments and the willingness of Kohl to work with us to get us in on our time frame made it easy to chose a lease here. Interactions we've had with other's around the complex have been great and seems more like a community than our last apartment. All in all, very happy here

This is a beautiful property that is being run into the ground. They have no concern for who they are allowing in and do not care one bit about the cleanliness of the property. There is trash all over the place. When concerns are brought up, they ignore you and go about their day.

The Farmhaus community has a very active Apartment Life program. They put activities such as Bingo night, Trunk or treat, Craft night, Game night and Coffee Meetups. My daughter and Inhave really appreciated this interaction with the community. She looks forward to every event and has formed a bind with those that come regularly. We loved living here! The gang at Apartment Life made in so special. Marykate and Nathaniel make you part of the Farmhaus Family when they stop by to welcome you to the community. There are several various events every month for all ages. We have painted pumpkins, food and drinks by the pool, game nights, bingo, taco nights and so much more! Friendsgiving was certainly a highlight where we were able to share a meal together and enjoy time together. We made friends there that are now part of our family and not just other residents, the staff is now in our extended family. You can’t go wrong becoming part of The Farmhaus!

Apartment life and the community events made the moving transition so much easier. Moving to a completely new state with out family or friends would’ve been so much harder without this community. I am thankful for the events hosted by Apartment life because they encouraged me to come out of my comfort zone and meet new people. Best community and staff! My pup and I are so in love with the huge dog park; he has so much fun and plenty of room to run. I grab a cup of coffee in the mornings, too. So stoked to live at FarmHaus!

Cheyenne and Levi toured me and they were both so wonderful and helpful. The amenities are so nice! The apartments are beautiful inside, and I love that the breezeways are inside and air conditioned. The puppy patios were such a nice touch and a huge plus to anyone with a pet. If you are touring ask for Cheyenne or Levi!
