Fallyn is a great community with close proximity to downtown Nashville. It is also conveniently located near Vanderbilt and Hillsboro Village (which I love). It is a modern building with great amenities and is very pet friendly. If you walk or bike to work Fallyn would be the place for you because the parking garage situation is not ideal, plenty of parking, but the garage is hard to navigate if a car is leaving and coming in at the same time.

Fallyn is a great place to live, work, and relax! The staff is friendly and the amenities are too many to count. I think potential residents will be very intrigued and satisfied with the options offered (restaurant in-house, poolside food/bar, pool and lounge, fire pit, grill, inside high flyer lounge on 26th floor, and much more!! Requests are promptly addressed, the location is great, and the apartments are high quality.

From the start of the tour to when we moved in, everything was seamless. I’m a very type A person, and need planning and always have questions. Kacie was so helpful and quick to answer my emails and/or calls. The day of move in was so easy, the apartment was ready and clean for us. We’ve been here 3 weeks and have zero issues. The WiFi they provide works great. Amenities are wonderful and I love that I can walk to various restaurants instead of driving. Definitely would recommend Fallyn to friends in the future.

Living at Fallyn Apartments is like a hotel experience right at home! The views are incredible, the amenities are clean and very well maintained. Location is key and in the heart of the city. You have many things within walking distance or just a short drive away.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff were fantastic from intial visit to move out. The amenities and facilities are top notch. Summertime by the shared pool with the Fraye made it feel like a resort all summer long. I've made some great friends from the community. Will miss being a part but will be back!

Make sure to check everything in your apartment before moving in. Who would have thought an apartment this price and labeled as “luxury” would have this very bad noise insulation problem. One part of the wall in my bedroom is thinner than a stick. And the management team refuse to do anything about it except giving me the option to move out. Which mean whoever moves to this apartment next will still have the same problem. However, the concierge team, leasing agents and most of the residents who live here are very sweet people.
