Property Ratings at Falls Pointe at the Park Apartments
First off management is non existent now. We have roaches BAD. We haven't had a dishwasher in a year.... the roaches now reside in the dishwasher. Underneath the sink we had a leak that it took them 90 days to repair. They left the damp rotting wood and it's now beginning to mold. Inspectors came in and said they were going to stop payment on rent and finally they moved in a lady above us who has multiple small children. They put them on the top floor. It sounds like Jumanji from 9 am to almost midnight every night now. Driving my wife who has severe anxiety crazy. It's a shame it took years to get this apartment and even though moving is the last thing I want to do we are going to have to try to get out of here. I would avoid this place for now but watch out for changes in management that could make it a great place to live again.

Nice apartment and wooded area. On bus route and has low utility costs. However also has noise, car break ins, rude neighbors, condescending staff and long wait times for maintenance. Avoid.
Falls Pointe is a very wholesome, tranquil complex. The layout is beautiful; so is the landscaping. Very neat and clean. Maintenance is on point at least for me. Never had an issue with delay. The apartments are roomy. I love the floor plans. For the price of rent with water, sewer and trash included, it is very good.
