Falls at Spring Creek

Been living here from 2021-2025 September, in 2021 it was a nice and smooth move in and the property workers were great ! However it got worse when the new people came in and my ac kept going out. The current office workers are not helpful at all, there was some days the workers would leave early even though the hours said till 5 pm. Don’t let recent 5 star reviews trick you, they’re about tours lol… not about living conditions. They give tours and then ask the people to give them 5 stars to boost ratings… if you do decide to stay here… just stay on top of things and make sure they are treating you right ! It’s your money that’s paying rent , choose wisely.

Hello today was a good day I meet this very sweet lady today Mrs Tiffany gave me a tour today the conversation was amazing I was please with everything the apt was nice and spacious I love it she made me feel so welcomed in she was able to answer all my questions I was please thank you again Mrs Tiffany this would be a good place to stay I would recommend anyone here over and over

I haven't lived at this apartment complex long due to work circumstances moving me again to another city, but my few months of staying have been some of the best experience at an apartment complex. The management at Falls at Spring Creek are simply the best. If you ever have any questions before or even after renting they are always there to give you the time of day to answer your question as best as they can. The management also doesn't treat you as a number or another renter. I don't go into the office much but the management knows me by face as well as overhearing some of their conversations you can tell they know the other renters at the complex by name. The amenities are great with 2 tennis courts, 2 different pools, gym, and even a spare building that you can just hang out in. If anyone is thinking about moving within Macon, GA or into Macon, GA please look at this complex as one of your top picks. You absolutely won't regret it.

This apartment complex has been my home for eighteen years and I have loved every moment here. It's a safe, attractive residence attended by terrific staff. There is a convenient mall across the street with shops and dining. As a recent widow, the pool allows me to exercise when it is warm and the streets are safe for strolling in the evening. My daughter also lives here in her own apt.(and my mother until she passed). It's quite a nice community and I would like to live here as long as possible..

The price for our 2 bedroom one bath (685$) can't really be beat considering we are right across from the mall. However, it isn't completely easy for a new family with a 10 week old baby. The living room and bedrooms are very decent sizes, however the kitchen and dining rooms could be bigger. There isn't very much cabinet space. The patio and storage room are nice additions, however are also small.

This will be my 3rd year staying at Falls at Spring Creek and although there are cheaper more affordable places in Macon, I feel so comfortable, safe, and at home here. The staff are incredibly helpful, pleasant, and make sure all requests are handled promptly and to your satisfaction. There has not been one request that I have sent that wasn't answered within 24 hours and this apartment complex is HUGE!!! (S/O to maintenance. Y'all are the real MVPs). I had a scare last year because the rent increased dramatically, and I couldn't afford the increase with me being a full time student. the manager personally called me and worked something out so that I could renew my lease and still be able to eat real food and not go back to ramen and soup lol. I recommend this apartment complex to any and everyone. It is perfect for responsible college student, career oriented young adults, and families young and old. I know I may sound like a spokes woman, but I can attest that everything said is true and accurate.
