Living here has been great! The location of the apartments is in a prime area. Not only is there Clement park and the Raccoon Creek golf course, but there’s just about any store you can think of within 5 minutes away. My experience with the apartment and staff has also been excellent overall. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Any questions or help I have needed they were more than willing to extend a helping hand. The apartment itself is one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived in. The appliances and apartment look well maintained and cared for. I would recommend this apartment complex for any of my family and friends!

Management was extremely unprofessional when we lived there and never took care of any of our concerns. Our neighbors had the Sheriff’s office there at least twice a month, we were verbally threatened by them and their dog constantly barked. Nothing was ever done with our complaints, despite bringing it to management’s attention that multiple rules were broken on the lease. The key card to the pool and fitness facility didn’t work for months, so we were unable to get access to those facilities after hours. We talked to multiple other tenants who had also complained about this. When we moved out, we accidentally put Ave instead of Blvd on our new address, so we never got the security deposit back. When I contacted the office, they said they updated it and the check would be re-issued. Four weeks later we still hasn’t received it, so I emailed management again who told me it had already been sent out. We just got the check today and it was printed and mailed 2 days AFTER I had contacted them, meaning it was actually never sent out. Needless to say, we wouldn’t recommend living here based on our experience.

The Fairways at Raccoon Creek is an excellent place to live. Management is responsive and the maintenance crews are very knowledgeable and respectful of living arrangements. They are per-friendly (huge bonus). The one downside - cost. Not cheap at all.

I would def recommend living at Raccoon Creek. I am not a fan of apts and I wasn't planning on living in one. But a friend of mine suggested that I check these out and the reviews were great. So I called and I talked to Jenifer. She was amazing, she gave me all the information I needed, she even walked me through the website so that I could see everything the place had to offer. She was my main reason for deciding to apply. And I'm happy I did. I feel safe and comfortable living here, which I have not ever felt at an apt complex.

Fairways at Raccoon Creek is our second home here in Colorado, and by far a marked improvement in quality, care, and communication! We love our clean, open, bright apartment that truly feels like home. Since moving in, we've quickly come to enjoy Monday night Food Trucks and have met some neighbors there. I've yet to dip my toe in the hot tub (open year round) but love watching the steam in the mornings when going for early morning work outs at the fitness center, which is stocked with my fave - a rowing machine! We appreciate the friendliness and communication with our leasing office staff, and look forward to getting to know them better!

I have lived here for over a year now. The staff in the office are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is reliable, helpful and friendly. They are always working on the property. Cleaning stairwells, groundskeeping, parking lot repairs, etc. They definitely do a good job keeping the properties in good working order. The pool area feels like a vacation oasis.

While this community can boast a great location as well as wonderful fit and finish, the notion of maintenance is a joke. Five weeks after notifying staff of a non-functioning air conditioner, I still don't have a working air conditioner. I contracted for an air conditioned apartment and kept my obligations per the contract. Fairways at Raccoon Creek has completely failed after being provided more than ample opportunity to comply. No concessions has left me little choice but to file suit.

Overall the community is nice and quiet. I do like how they try to get the residence to partake in activities. I work alot and feel like I miss out on alot of the activities which is a bummer for me. But I do really enjoy living here. Great location close to downtown, the mall and hospital. I feel like I dont have to drive far to get to where I need to go.

We have officially been in our unit for 1 month now and we love it! Being on the third floor is a bit of a work-out but walking into our new apartment is worth the trek! The units are spacious with amazing windows that provide great lighting. The bathtubs are deep soaker tubs, which if you enjoy your bath time are a great amenity. Office staff is friendly and responsive, we appreciate the automated emails communicating important information that are prompt and allow us to prepare. Our living situation prior was stressful and we needed to find a new home quickly, Jen and Sam made our leasing and move-in process so smooth and accommodated us during the stressful time. I would highly recommend this complex!

Friendly, courteous, & professional staff with daily office hours. Special notices of events, changes in services, etc via advanced emails. Prompt response to any minor or major concerns in less than an hour. Enjoy the scenic area with nature. Close to many amenities within 1/2 to 1 mile(mall, restaurants, fitness center, etc) with a spacious beautiful park & library just a few steps across the street. I also enjoy the 6 day/week valet trash service, the centralized mail room for mail as well as safety for delivery of packages, and the single car garage which has some space for storage.The floor plans of the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are spacious with large walk in closets & upgraded appliances and floors. I have lived in both types of apartments & like the distance & privacy between bedrooms. Great place! Pat F.

It's by far the worst place I've rented! My apartment got flooded coming up to three weeks now and I've been requesting for maintenance to come replace the baseboards that got ruined with no luck. I've called the office many times with NO HELP! All they say is we don't know what the schedule for maintenance is and will get to it, it's been three weeks my apartment looks horrible for the amount I pay for it. It blows my mind that the officestaff and maintenance doesn't communicate among each other. New management is worse than the past one they don't have any sense if emergency! I looked into the Fairways because of the location and have known others who lived here that had good things to say. The only downside of location is street noise, but that can't be helped and you pick and choose your trade offs. I have a unit with a garage, and it's generous in length. I was able to fit my mid-size SUV in it, and open the tailgate with door closed. There is an elevated slab in the front part of the garage which allows for plenty of storage. I also really enjoy having a washer/dryer in my unit. The appliances overall, are basic and do the job. They did a nice job trying to freshen up the units since they are a bit older. I like the gas fireplace. Generous closets. Two deep tubs in my unit. It is easy to get around to school, parks, and shops. I like the secured package hub too. No porch pirates! The price is kind of high, but it's partly for location, garage and amenities (which I haven't been able to use because of covid). I would definitely recommend.

I love my apartment and have lived here for 8 years. It is very convenient as the park is across the street, shopping is in walking distance, and my apartment is spacious with plenty of storage.

The maintenance staff is really great and friendly! They always wave hi when you walk or drive by them. They also do an amazing job when they come in to fix anything.

I love the location and the surroundings in the area but I feel there is a major bug issue that can be fixed. Rent is a little high and maintenance could do a better job fixing up apartments. Ive also noticed near my building theres a lot of barking dogs daily especially in the morning so that gets annoying but Im not sure if theres a solution for that. Overall Im satisfied for now.

I have lived here for 8 years and I love my apt. It is very spacious for a 1 bedroom with plenty of storage. The high ceilings and large windows allow plenty of sunlight and my plants love it! I love the park across the street and shopping close by.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The grounds are not taken care of at all. The amount of dog poop everywhere is unbelievable. I complained numerous times with no response. They let garbage pile up by the dumpster for weeks. There is no parking and they are more than happy to boot your car. At one point they were remodeling the unit next to mine and the contractors left saws, nails, wood, etc. outside of my door. When I took my dog out she stepped in it and injured her paw. When I complained the office staff told me “I can’t tell the contractors what to do”. Seriously?!?! You can’t tell them not to leave dangerous items outside of my door?? I was so happy to move out of this place but now they are trying to charge me to replace the carpet int the entire unit because of one very small stain in one of the bedrooms. There is absolutely no reason the carpet needed anything more than cleaning. This complex is run by a large company that only cares about money and will take as much of it as they can. The only good thing I can say is about the maintenance guys. They are great.

Great and friendly personnel. Convenient location (Everything you could need is within a couple of miles). Work orders are responded to in a timely manner. The only issue is some of the community amenities have not been fixed since we have moved in ( dog shower, hot tub).

Its a beautiful property centrally located in Littleton. Its an easy commute to major thoroughfares, historic downtown Littleton, the public library and major malls and shopping centers. The maintenance staff and front office personnel are extremely professional and competent.

The kitchen appliances were all brand new and worked perfectly! The pools and hot tub are surrounded by nature and peaceful.
