Property Ratings at Fairway Woods Apartments
It’s a nice place to live! People are friendly, maintenance is timely, price is reasonable, no mail issues, and the pool is a bonus ?? It’s nice to leave near town but on the outside of it. Beautiful view of the bluffs. There are always parking spots available! Please note that the negative reviews were from many years ago. It sounds like there have been many positive changes. There is maintenance issues due to the age of the building, but they do the best they can. It sounds like there are older apartments and newer ones within the buildings. Given the price, the pool and the location, I think it's a great place to live and I'd recommend it!
Filthy carpets even after shampooing. Constant bug problems not taken care of. Poorly maintained when requested maintenance. Everything kept falling apart and breaking. We were so fed up after 6 months that we broke our lease. Took them 3 months to re-rent unit. Would NEVER rent from or recommend tenancy again.
