About Fairway Park
Fairway Park is located in the rolling hills of Independence, Kentucky. Located just across the street from the Kenton County Golf Course, Fairway Park has a brand new clubhouse with a state of the art fitness center and a sparkling swimming pool. Quick Response I had a work order request to have my kitchen faucet tightened. It was finished by the time I got back from my appointment. I hadn't had time to clean out from under the sink but the task was completed by the time I got back!

I've lived at Fairway Apartments for 2 1/2 years now. The management and maintenance is awesome! The only downfall is people don't pick up their dogs poo!

I've been living here for the past 2 years and recently transferred to the new Trademark design! I absolutely love the layout and open floor feel! The leasing office is super responsive and makes sure to get everything done in a timely manner! I'd definitely recommend this place to a friend!

We’ve been living here for 2 years and just signed another lease for another year, at a different unit. Melanie is super understanding and quick to respond to emergency situations. We have loved our stay here!
I absolutely love living here. I have lived here for four years. It’s a quiet place to live. Melanie in the office is beyond amazing. She makes sure all your needs are met. Maintenance gets things done in a timely manner and makes sure everything is done properly. If you like a quiet setting and great neighbors this is the place to live. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
This place kicks people out randomly saying they want their property back. Even if you work and sit at home constantly. Also Melanie the property manager and her partner Troy are nosy they will talk about you and tell people not to go to your apartments. Dirty place.. notes constantly for just walking across the floor. Washers and dryers suck. Turn over is high here and it’s for a GOOD REASON
