Property Ratings at Fairway Park Apartments
I moved to Fairway Park in March 2021. I love having an attached garage and a washer and dryer in my unit. It is so quiet and peaceful here and the neighbors are fantastic! I am so happy I made this move! All I have to do here is live....the staff takes care of everything! Such a peaceful, quiet and safe living environment!
We just moved into Fairway Park. The leasing office staff was excellent and helped us navigate a stressful moving process. They answered my questions with kindness and quick responses. We have enjoyed our time here so far!
My wife and I have been living here for more than a year and a half now and absolutely love it. We picked this place in part because of the high ratings the management team had online, and they've really lived up to it. The maintenance team is also terrific and very responsive. The apartments themselves are great (the attached garage is fantastic) and just felt cleaner than any other place we looked at. The location is pretty amazing for someone moving into the area. It's two minutes from the highway and there are a couple dozen restaurants within 10 minutes either direction. The location/price/what was included fit what my wife and I wanted in an apartment. The staff has made it the place we want to be for several years. Highly recommended.
Great place to live if you do not have pets. If you do, prepare to pay for new carpet when you move out-regardless of the condition of your apartment. Animals aside, great location, really amazing staff and any repair/maintenance issues will be handled promptly.
I've lived at Fairway Park for 2.5 years and counting! The office staff and maintenance are always polite and receptive. Apartments and grounds kept in great condition. Awesome place to live!
As much as I would love to have a two bedroom apartment in this apartment complex, It's so popular It's never available. I personally know couple of people living here and they (and I) absolutely love the living experiences here. The maintenance team are always quick to help and the office staffs treat their lessees like friends. Pool opens during the summer and it was always so clean and enjoyable. It has been two amazing years for us and we wish we could stay longer but we will be moving to cali in a year.
I love my new apartment. I got divorce and moved into a terrible apartment two years ago, so I decided I was going to find a better place that felt more like home. My new place is so beautiful tucked away in a wooded area, but yet on the other side has every store I need to go shopping at or handle business. Also I have my own garage, and entry way, very private, I don't hear any of the other neighbors. There is a pool and workout area, almost feel like your own, low traffic. The landscape is impecible and cheery.. I love this place they also offer free Starbucks coffee to tenants in front office. I would stay here for life!!! ;)
I’m so happy that after looking at a number of places, I’ve finally made the right decision by choosing Fairway Park Apartments. This place is very quiet, the landscaping is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. On my day of moving in, the apartment was amazingly clean. I tried to vacuum the floor before moving in my belongings, but after 10 minutes I had to give up because my new vacuum cleaner had picked up essentially nothing. Fairway Park is the cleanest apartment complex that I’ve ever lived in. If one is to look for a quiet and clean place to live in, this is the place. One more thing, the attached garage offers great convenience. Unless I miss something, Fairway Park seems to be the only apartment complex in this area that offers attached garages.
