I’ve lived her for 3 years. Used to love them! Then we got bought out. Ever since it’s been a nightmare. I send message after message and rarely hear back, I’m charged a bunch of fees and asked to provide proof of insurance over and over again. They constantly change systems and I’ve had to fill all sorts of stuff out. You call and they get an attitude. Ever since I’ve renewed my lease with this new company I’ve had a horrible experience. The only good thing about this apartment complex is that parking is pretty good and the maintenance guy is amazing. But you have to watch your statement like a hawk and be prepared to have to stay on top of them because they’ll promise to get back to you but they never do.

We have lived here for roughly 3 years. It’s conveniently located around everything that we need, it’s quiet, and well kept. Our neighbors are great.
Nice quaint community. Prices are reasonable and the apartments are nice. I haven’t had any problems here.
My family and I have lived here going on 3 years now. We really enjoy it here. It is quiet, affordable, and everyone is friendly.
I've been a resident at Fairway Meadows since August 2015. The office staff is very helpful and cares about the community. Any issue is dealt with immediately and professionally. Maintenance is quick with work orders. The guys are too funny and relatable! The floor plan for the 3 bedroom my family lives in is perfect for us. It's spacious with so much closet/storage space. The community has a beautiful pool, it is cleaned weekly thoroughly, and a playground my daughter loves! We just renewed our lease for another year and we couldn't be happier living here.

Visited this community recently. I really like the layout of each unit and the complex itself. The office staff were great answering all my questions (and I did have alot!). Looking forward to possibly renting here soon. The outside is very clean and plenty of room for everyone.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. After moving from PA, I found that the other tenants are friendly and helpful. I really like it here.
This location is 30 mind from Nashville which is great for commuting. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone gets along. The folks at the leasing office are very nice as well.
I recently moved here. It is a fairly nice place could use a few changes but overall I am satisfied. Pretty clean, nice surroundings, nice drive to access the Interstate, but close to main roads. I'm most happy about the thick walls. I don't have to hear what my neighbors do or say and they me. Cost efficient as well.
