Property Ratings at Fairmount
This is a beautiful building in a convenient area. Walking distance to Case and across the street from Dave's grocery and some great restaurants and cafes. Unlike many apartments in this area, it has been remodeled. New kitchen and bathroom, granite countertops, and new windows. Some apartments have an exposed brick wall that adds a lot of character. There is laundry onsite downstairs. Tenants are mostly medical residents and medical students, so it's quiet. The owner is very reasonable and prompt to address maintenance or repairs. There is covered parking in the back, offered at an additional cost.
