You will be close to the recently upgraded Sherway Gardens Mall, grocery stores, local pharmacies, day care centers and various schools: Humber College South Campus, James B. Bell Jr. Middle School, Penguin School, Twentieth Street Junior School, Lakeshore Collegiate, The Holy Trinity Catholic School, Father Redmond Catholic School. You can also take a short walk across the street to Lake Ontario, Colonel Samuel Smith Park which includes a dog park and a Skating Trail. This is also a perfect area to watch fireworks from Toronto, over the water in the distance. Public Transportation is within walking distance on Lakeshore Blvd W. and only a 15 minute drive into Downtown Toronto.
