The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Fairfield Lakes
I moved in here a little over a year ago and love it. The office staff, Melissa and Marc have been great and very helpful. They are very responsive and quick to take care of any issue I have. The community is nice and quiet and well maintained. I recommend Fairfield Lakes Townhomes.

We moved here in August and have loved it ever since. The community is very welcoming and friendly, love the pets, and the management is easy to work with. The grounds are clean and safe.
This neighborhood is VERY peaceful! Moved in a while back and it’s quiet. Management is quick to handle issues regarding work orders as well. All in all, I’m very happy to live here!
Very spacious upgraded apartments, master bedrooms are huge with walk in closets. 2 full bathrooms and a half downstairs for guests Dog park, playground, basketball court, friendly neighbors, within 1 mile of the mall, target, Walmart and meijer. To top it off the property sits in the best city in the Dayton area. We get a good view of the sky here as well! Just a overall beautiful area and property

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I had issues since I moved in and they changed 3 managers since I lived here. When I first moved in the home wasn’t even ready to move in. Everything works backwards in the townhomes. There is always hidden fees that come up and no urgency to fix issues unless you are asking more than once. I have had nothing but a head ache since I lived here. I can’t wait to be done with them. The manager now is rude and not really accommodating. If you want to be dissatisfied with low water pressure and everything falling apart this is the place to move. But I would never believe all the issues I had with them. If I could give them a real review it would be to start all over with all employees this needs be gutted and restarted again for the 4th time! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give them any advice I would tell them to start over with office staff just because they look good on paper or interview well doesn’t mean they understand how to deal with people.

Ashten and Alton are very attentive to the tenant's needs and are very quick to respond when there is an issue. This does not matter whether it is a large or small issue or a maintenance one. They are very friendly and will go out of their way to make this community feel long a home not an apartment. There is a large area for the kids to play and the grounds are well kept.
