Fairfield Apartments

A lady from the office is RUDE!! I don’t know her name but she needs to speak to people with respect, makes me not want to stay here anymore. Please get the staff together!

I love my location because shopping everywhere. I love how Tammy works with me on everything. Mark the maintenance is very efficient. I would recommend Fairfield.

They treat their property like they own it. I love my apartment and love the location. So close to restaurants and shopping.

My stay so far has been nothing short of excellent. Having a full-sized washer and dryer set is definitely my favorite perk so far.

Tammy has made the move in process very easy and stress free! She is always available for any question or concern I have had. The community is quiet and peaceful while being close to anything you may need for day to day life. I look forward to living here!

I have been a resident for a little over a year. Thought it was going to be great. But noisy people upstairs have still not been quietened after a year, and I am generally unhappy with the parent company. I slipped with a wallop on the glaze ice last year. I very respectfully submitted a bill for lost wages and two chiropractor visits. I asked for $110. When I finally received an answer; it was a nasty gram and they had lawyered up on me. It was an affront! Snow removal is pretty lame here. Beware. It is not all it is cracked up to be.

Been at Fairfield for the last 4 years. There have been a few turnovers with management, but the latest one for the past few years has been great. Tammy and Mark have always been super helpful and took care of any issues I had. Cons: fenton water is terrible Walls are a bit thin, but the neighbors have always been respectful and mgmt takes care of any complaints. Very sad to leave - would not be even considering it if I wasn't relocating for work.

I was drawn to this apartment due to the low price and good reviews. After three months of living here I've decided that I will not be renewing my lease. The smell of other peoples cigarette smoke keeps infiltrating my apartment through the vents. I talked to the front office and they said they couldn't legally do anything about it other than tape notes to everyone's front doors telling everyone to be considerate, which they never even bothered to do. I did find out that you can get out of your lease by getting a doctor's note and I plan to take full advantage of that.

Catalytic converter was sawed off in the middle of the night, extremely loud neighbors, strong smell of cigarette smoke. Only positive point is the amount of space in the apartment

I had 2 very expensive packages stolen around Christmas and my wife’s bday, and if that wasn’t enough her catalytic converter was literally sawed off her car during the night in less than 12 hours of parking it the night before. To make it worse, I had to keep bringing my case to 3 different managers over the course of 4 weeks cause they apparently forgot to communicate my problems to the next temp manager and the next, etc. All I wanted was to get an answer if the company would understand the hundreds of dollars I was out, and give us some temporary monetary help/break, considering the lack of security of any kind. Nope. They don’t care. So if you’re like me and anything happens they’ll say “sorry”: pay your rent. Nice place to live, but don’t expect management to treat you like anything other than a paycheck.

The office staff is incredibly friendly! He rents is reasonable and they are pretty punctual whenever you have any maintenance.

Hands down the best apartment community I have lived in (I’ve lived in 4 others). Staff is very friendly and handles things a quick and professional manner. The community is kept clean and nice looking. The apartments have a great layout and a lot of storage for an apartment!

My fiancé and I started apartment searching the beginning of Dec; we stopped by Fairfield apartments to actually get a fill for ourselves as we know (ratings don’t always add up like we’ll like). Once we arrived at Fairfield we were greeted by the property manager Jessica(who is phenomenal by the way). At this time I was In a apartment complex where I was trying to leave due to poor management and the not caring of the residents(just cared about making money). My fiancé told Jessica what we were looking for and we were able to see a model that day(mind you, she told her from the start that they were remodeling) we seen the “not updated” apartment and we were still on an all time high. After viewing the apartment we already felt like it was a place we could call home. Fast forward to us leaving after our visit(my fiancé and I) talked and we both decided we wanted to go with Fairfield as being our new home(a lot had to do with Jessica and how welcoming she was). During the whole application process, Jessica was very transparent and easy to get in contact with. She even offered to let us see the updated version on an apartment when it was finished( we seen it and fell in love with it more). We were more excited to move it at this time. Another fast forward (move-in). We moved into our apartment on Jan 25. Again Jessica was there during our move in and walked with us to show us our new home. There were small/minor issues(nothing to complain about) once we told Jessica about these issues she had maintenance (who is also great) right over! We are not even a month in and we are pleased thus far with our experience with Fairfield. I’m really picky and particular when it comes to a lot(especially a place to live) Jessica has won us over. I see people complain about the price(but you honestly pay for what you get). This means, the prices are not bad for not only the area but the apartments are beautiful and spacious. I will also give a 6 month check-In/review on here again for updates. I say if you are looking for a beautiful place to call home, check out Fairfield apartments, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

The apartment complex is very close to the highway, so we have easy access to work and also nearby shopping businesses. The quality of the apartment is great, from the actual space, to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Parking is very great as well! Our experience when communicating with management is absolutely wonderful! Jessica is very helpful and supportive. She really makes the onboarding process easy and simple, so trust me it’s definitely worth it to move here to this amazing community. With our experience if there’s any sort of issue with the apartment maintenance will come by and resolve your issue within the same day. We definitely love it here. Management focus on Simplicity for the residents! If you’re tired of living in a complicated area, just come to Fairfield where you will truly say everything feels like a home!

Great location. Fairfield Apartments are in an ideal location with many shops, restaurants, and a grocery store within walking distance. Highway access is close by but not close enough to hear traffic/noise all the time. There is a nice clubhouse which contains a small workout space and a pool area in warmer months. The property is under new management and both Jessica and Tammy in the leasing office are helpful and responsive to requests. I had a few issues with parking when I first moved into the location and they were quick to help correct the situation. Their maintenance team has also been very helpful and responsive to requests both inside the apartment and outside of my unit. They have been prompt with snow removal and salting the walkways as well. If you're looking for a new apartment it is worth checking out.

I recently moved into an apartment at Fairfield. The unit was freshly renovated with new flooring and countertops, which is nice, but what is really great is how close I am to restaurants and stores. Delivery pizza is a thing of the past with so many options within a 2 minute drive. I've had no issues with loud neighbors and the staff at Fairfield is friendly. Overall, I've enjoyed living here so far.

I have never lived in an apartment so this has been one of the nicest places for me. The team of people are very friendly. Great location for all your needs. I have found new friends living in some of the other buildings. ??
