Fairbanks Townhouses

The unit itself is fine. In my opinion you are getting exactly what you are paying for. The maintenance man is great and very timely. If it wasn't for the issue below it would be 5 stars. The big problem that has me counting down the days to the end of my lease is parking. They say you can only have two cars, but of the four units in my building. I am the only unit with two cars. One of my neighbors has 5. The others have 3 and 4 respectively. So that leaves no parking for me some nights when I get home late from work. So I find myself parking my car at the park up the road and walking a 1/4 mile with groceries and a toddler. Even when you park in your driveway it doesn't mean you can get out. People don't pull their cars up all they way which will prevent you from getting out of your driveway. Sometimes you don't get to use your driveway because your neighbors friends are parked there. Lastly pray you don't need the fire depth or ambulance because guess what's in the fire lanes? You guessed it..... more cars. If you have a family and places to be, find somewhere else.
