Executive Towers and Gardens

This is the best place that I have ever lived. Starting with Emil and John running the maintenance department, they are fast and knowledgeable. The housekeeping department, run by Galina keeps the building in tip-top shape. The leasing office is managed by Miranda and Cora. No matter what the issue, they will go out of their way to solve it and usually do! This is a great place to call home.

I love living here everything is so nice and clean.

Units are clean and very spacious, staff is friendly and accommodating as well, love it here

I love living at these apartments! The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious!! The staff is excellent and always renovating the buildings, keeping them clean and comfortable! Very happy to be here.

They are the rudest leasing agents, they act like their doing you a favor; and are rude and short with you. Like their so G R E A T , apartments are not so great and small. Would not recommend to look to live here!

The new owner amd management team have made a lot improvements. New washers and dryer's, new carpets and lights in the halls keeping trash in the parking lot to a minimum owner is on site often. Staff is friendly and helpful

Worst place I've ever lived. The property always has trash in parking lot, dumpsters are always , the small parking lot we have is used by people in build and across the street , so there is never any spaces available. Laundry room is a joke!! The machine are always broke and there are 8 washers for a whole building. The hallways always smell like trash . I've been asking for a new stove since I got here because the stove is old and sparks. Im on first floor and have had several leaks due to the plumbing in building. I have never lived in a place with roaches but a few weeks after moving in I seen a roach crawling on wall in kitchen. I notified leasing office and they had exterminator come out but still have the issue plus other bugs . There are always Nats and and other random bug that pop up no matter how much I clean. Neighbors on second floor keep up a lot of noise and no matter how many time I have complained nothing is done. You all can listen to these fake reviews with five starts if you want but you will definitely regret signing.

It have the space,view,comfort I needed. The tenet's are very nice,welcoming,property is always well tooken care of

they are making improvements, very nice place to live great place for having kids.

The management and upkeep on the apartments are awful. Nothing ever gets fixed. There’s never anywhere to park. The people here are always loud, outside in the courtyard drinking, with bright lights plugged in keeping people awake on weekdays and weekends until midnight or later. Terrible place to live in general.

I have been casually looking for 2 yrs because I have never lived in an apartment so I was hesitant. I saw these Executive gardens and was sold. The location to shopping and churches is excellent. I was lucky to get an end unit, next to laundry,so it is very quiet.Lexi and Joyce are so personable, friendly and definetly very polite and helpful.Maintenance is great and also helpful.It is very clean and well taken care in the apartments. So glad that I made the move here. Thank you JoAnn K

Awesome first home. I never wanted to live in an apartment but I’m glad this is the one we have chosen. Lexi in the office is awesome. Anytime you have a concern they get right back to you. The closets and living area are huge and all the windows bring in tons of natural light. The only downfall is the kitchen is tiny. But the sizing of every other part makes up for it.

I have lived here since mid-2019 and I have been very happy here, The women in the Leasing Office are very cordial....and it has been a pleasure to have the maintenance staff in my apartment a few times, I am extremely pleased with the size of the rooms in my apartment and like that the configuration of my kitchen may be unique, There is plenty of space in the closets, too, My only wish is that they would convert to central air conditioning,,,,,,,,,,instead of these antiquated in the wall air conditioning units which are extremely loud,

For 3 years we’ve had to make our own parking spot because they refuse to paint lines. No one is ever in office to answer phones. When the are in they are rude and condescending. Every week they put a 24 intent to enter notice 18 hours before they enter. The lost goes on and on.

My complex for the most part is extremely quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and maintenance is always there when you need them. My only issue is that it's buggy being by a wooded area.
