Property Ratings at Excelsior Park Apartments
The apartments are nice and maintenance is responsive. The common areas are not maintained and is dust and markings everywhere. I had to vacuum outside my door because it is not being done. Moreover, the apartment doors locks were changes and the doors still have not been repainted (white showing black door)... The management team do not respond to emails and calls, or text (took over 2 weeks) in a timely fashion without escalating to corporate office (had to do twice). Misinformation is also a problem. Moreover the move-in requires you to review the state of the apartment to ensure that they paint, clean stove, change fixtures if required, etc. otherwise your apartment will be provided to you as is. I spent a lot of time reviewing this with the leasing staff. Last straw- They sent rent renewal with an increase which they stated was aligned with market rate which is not accurate … my same apartment is now renting 600 less (monthly) than my current rent. There are no amenities - no club house, barbeque area, limited workout room and the smart package has limitations. Internet goes in and out. Appliances should also be reviewed. I had to get dishwasher, etc replaced. Also there is some mold issues.... Proceed with caution.
I love my apartment so much! It's so pretty and huge! I looked everywhere in toga and this place is definitely the best! Plus, it has an app that I have on my phone so I can unlock my door and turn on/off my lights and thermostat with it! Super helpful
I moved here just over a month ago and everything has been great so far. My kitchen is modern and beautiful and I have a private balcony. Staff is responsive also and it’s close to downtown, but just enough out of the way. Excited to be in Saratoga and I’m looking forward to spending the next year here. The best part is that it’s pet-friendly, with walking paths all around the area.
I have lived here for two months, and already it is not living up to the price tag. The lease is not specific to Excelsior Park, so you have to check with the leasing office before knowing if anything is ok. It is not easy to get the maintenance or leasing office to take action on ANYTHING! I am so disappointed in how these Apartments are run, especially sense I was told different things from the leasing office before moving in. I would expect this kind of treatment and attentiveness from an apartment half the price. Would 100% recommend taking your time to find another place!
