There are so many great surprises when you tour this place. The special shower head is definitely a big bonus. Everyone that works there is helpful and friendly. The community is very clean and peaceful. Great location and great quality.

Before moving in our apt didnt get a final inspection. they told us to go through the checklist and do it ourselves and that things that needed it would be fixed after. They never got fixed.... broken handles, doors, etc. 35$ maintenance fee make sure to use it. Only when I requested was the unit sprayed for bugs. the spider infestation was horrendous and out of hand. Dog waste is never picked up. Make sure to keep documents saved/pictures - they will white out dates... i cant make this stuff up. Walls are thin but luckily had quiet neighbors for the most part, doesnt insulate well. Christy said they would call me with the final prices when i moved out.. call never came, so I forgot about it until i logged on and saw charges sitting there from a couple months ago... Unacceptable! Called multiple times with no response for information on the charges only to be told I'll have to wait until Kayla comes in. Kayla is the one to watch out for. I watched her go as interim manager straight down to asst manager cause the girl cant tell her left from her right. Donna is truly terrible... She gave me attitude when I asked her about a movie room tech issue.. as if she wasnt the manager. I was appalled by how she talked! The pool was crowded and people that dont live here hog it. Trash valet will sometimes leave your trash outside, then animals tear it up. One thing for issues outside of their control, granted- but the management makes this place all the more worse....

After the poor reviews i read in here I was a little apprehensive on leasing from them. But after speaking with the sweet girl/ assistant manager Kayla, my mind was quickly changed. She was extremely helpful and made me feel like i was renting a home not an apartment. Property looks beautiful and as of now there service to me has been great. I recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a quality place to live. Thanks again for your help Mrs. Kayla!!

Since 1 star is the lowest I guess I have to give them that much credit which is unfortunate and not acurate. These apartments are very overpriced especially to deal with poor management, constant changing of rules or things that are not part of the lease you will sign, but its “ok” because they send out an email with all the new rules such as undisclosed fees for Valet trash when the short coming is on thier behalf, or the pool hours changing, or having your dogs poop dna swabbed so they can fine you for dog poop on the property as well. Also, if you like matinance requests to be answered in a promt manner this isn’t the place to be an 8-12 week turn around is expected and when they do finally honor the request they will leave your apartment and personal belongings a mess. Oh and one more thing the bugs and house centipiedes are never ending even if they do “spray once per week”. These apartmwnts can easily fool you because the property is very beautful but no one likes paying such a high dollar for rent and feel like a prisoner in what should be their own home.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. My husband and I tried to go through my corporate office to get a corporate lease and they took our application fee and administrative fee $250 total. I gave the information to Mike over the phone from my debit card on my checking account. Then THEY cancelled the application and informed me that I had not paid the fees - that my corporate officer did. The corporate officer sent them an email herself stating they were being untruthful and that she never claimed to have paid those fees. I still have tried to handle this and get my money back. They have consistently avoided my calls and when I actually do speak with someone in the office - .Michelle and Mike tobe exact - they are rude. This apartment complex is very unethical and is horrible to try to do business with. Do NOT rent here.
