Everton Estates is a well maintained community with beautiful amenities. The homes and the grounds are very clean and appealing. The office and maintenance staff are very approachable, helpful, and kind. It is located close to everything Cartersville has to offer.
Everton Estates is a community that is a very comfortable community to live in. It is quiet and picturesque. The neighbors are friendly and engaging. The location is very central to a lot of shopping, fast foods and different types of restaurant cuisines. It is central to so many activities as well. Definitely a nice community to reside in.

The staff is kind and patient. The property is very clean and well maintained. The view is beautiful and the property is perfectly located close to everything Cartersville has to offer and still just off to the side enough that traffic isn’t a burden. Very close to interstate access. A great place to live!
This community is the best community I have lived in since moving to Cartersville almost 4 years ago. I resided in another community in this city for 3 years and I am so happy we found Everton Estates. I placed a maintenance request in and the onsite response was 10 minutes. Repair completed in about 3-5 minutes. Outstanding maintenance department.

Everton Estates is amazing. It is a great community with amenities.
This is a unique life style with all the amenities and services that suits my needs. The staff goes above and beyond to provide the best service. The townhomes are beautiful, I love the high end features. As well as privacy, safety and the great views of the mountains.

This is a great quiet place in the mountains to live and everyone around is really nice ! Also the pool and gym are great!
So far, communication has been good, issues are addressed promptly, and being a resident has been easy. I hope that there will be no change in property management in the future because so far everything is excellent.
I waited 5 months for my unit to be finished and ready for me to move in. Well worth the wait. Beautiful unit in a great location. The staff, Sarah in particular, have been amazing. I've been here 1 month and it's been wonderful.
