The units are beautifully renovated and every appliance in brand new. The property has plenty of parking as well. The property managers made the move in process very quick and easy. Kristine the property manager is always quick and responsive to any issues we’ve had. They have a great maintenance team who gets the job done in a timely manner.
Evergreen Townhomes is an excellent place to live! The structure is great, the environment is peaceful and safe — perfect for families. I’d like to highlight Kristine’s service, which was simply outstanding. She was very attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions. It was a very positive experience, and I definitely recommend it!
