Despite being incorporated only two years ago, South Fulton has already developed a character all its own. Situated partly along the southern section of the Perimeter and stretching southwest over Chattahoochee Hills, South Fulton covers a large portion of residential and undeveloped land. This sprawling area is made up of a number of characterful neighborhoods, all offering access to ATL at a more affordable price.
South Fulton’s entire western border is formed by the Chattahoochee, making it a perfect place for the outdoor-inclined to settle. Property Ratings at EVERGREEN PARK
This is a gated apartment community and the gate has been non-functional for a year now. Also a lot of the mailboxes at the mail hut are broken. I was told by management several times that a new unit would be put in. Checking your mailbox at night is impossible because all the lights are out at the mail center. Every week there is trash thrown on the ground near the trash compactor (for days). If Management would spend more time away from their desk and more time walking the grounds they would notice these things. This community isn't the same anymore. I'm so glad we are moving out in the near future.

The new management company and staff are updating the community. The landscaping looks really nice. I've noticed that at least one of the ladies come out in the afternoons to make sure the kids get off the bus and go home.

I’m still a tenant been living here less than six months and I’m ready to end my lease. The leasing agents are only friendly when they want you to move in. After that they attitude sucks they are quick to run you off the phone when your calling them about an issue claiming that they going to call you back or they going to contact maintenance is all a lie. Week after week you’ll be waiting for a phone call from them. The maintenance workers sucks every issue in my apartment that they came to fix never get resolve. I believe they move me into an apartment knowing that it has a lot of issues. I won’t disclose the serious issues but just beware.
