Founded in 1931, Lenox Park stretches northwest from I-85 to just before Peachtree Rd., bounded by East Roxboro Rd. NE and Briarwood Rd. NE. Among its tree-lined streets and dense landscaping lies an incredible variety of homes. Newly renovated apartments share the streets with Craftsmen and ranch-style homes. The neighborhood’s namesake park and its charming pond is a popular spot for a jog or a picture session. I would not recommend anyone to live here based on the poor experience I've had so far. Good: Some staff members and maintenance are really nice. If you're polite to them, they will return this generosity. The location is nice. It's pet friendly. That's about it. Bad: The walls are poorly insulated, so you can hear a lot of noise coming from neighbors if you live below someone. If you have issues with a loud neighbor, you will have to deal with it. The office will not help at all. Parking can be a huge problem too. You either have to pay $90 a month for reserved parking, or be here to get a spot during certain times of the week. If you're not back before 10pm on weekdays or before 1am on weekends, good luck finding a place to park. I've seen others come in and complain that their guests or tenants can't park anywhere when I had to stop by the office. The units also have older refrigerators and other appliances that come with their own problems. I'd only consider it for someone who can afford these outrageous rent price increases on a top floor and with reserved parking. The entry gate is often broken for weeks at a time. It doesn't make the apartments as safe as it could be. Management tends to ignore emails sometimes, so tenants have to make special trips to the office to be heard. This place has a lot of college students, roommate living situations, and tend to have residents that cause littering (broken bottles), party noises, etc. This is not for anyone who has a family looking for peace and quiet settings.
I loved the community when touring back in May and due to limited availability, I had to wait for something to come available. I ended up waiting to move and found the ideal floor plan at Evergreen. The staff is extremely friendly and made me feel important and they truly cared about my needs. Highly recommended. Great location and amenities too.
The community is located across the street from my work, so you can't beat that. The staff was extremely helpful during my apartment hunting process. The amenities are newly renovated and I love the tennis courts. Apartments are spacious and affordable for the location. I would highly recommend this place.
We recently moved into Evergreen Lenox Park and have loved it so far! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property manager, Taylor, was so quick to respond to us and has been extremely helpful and welcoming during our move-in process. The apartment is beautifully renovated and has plenty of space. We love the large closets and the nice, new appliances. The pool, workout room, and tennis court are all very nice. The apartment is located right on Lenox Park, and is also close to both Brookhaven and Buckhead. It's also close to GA-400 and I-85, which makes it easy to get around the city or travel out of town. Overall, I would highly recommend living here!
I enjoy the great things the office staff does for the residents. They host great events and know how to bring the community together. I have lived here for 5 years now and I have seen the many things management has improved for the community overall. A very enjoyable place to live and you can't beat the location. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you love the place you call home. Couldn't ask for a better place.
I am about to go on 4 years living at Evergreen and it is definitely home. The apartments are great size, large bedrooms (and walk in closet space) and well kept. I feel very safe that it is a gated community and the staff is super friendly too. The manager, Taylor, is the sweetest, she always goes out of her way to accommodate to residents needs. The location cannot be beat!! You are close enough to everything but just right outside the hustle bustle of craziness- Lenox park and the lake is a great area to walk and is just steps from the apartment. You wont regret living here :)

The complex is in an very convenient location, and is well priced for the area. Access to the Lenox Park walking trail is great, and the amenities are on par with what you would expect. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaint that the complex recently started offering reserved parking spots for people who are willing to pay for them.
Moved in last year and it has been a pleasure. The people at the office are so helpful with any problems we have had. The maintenance staff is top notch with response and handling of any problems( quick and polite) The amentities are awesome- the upgraded pool area is definitely a winner. And you can't beat the location- so close to all the hustle and bustle but none of the noise.

I have lived at Evergreen Lenox Park for a little over a year (just resigned my lease actually) and I have yet to have one thing to complain about. The front office staff is truly amazing, maintenance requests get handled within 48 hours from my experience, grounds are kept tidy and neighbors are SO friendly. This location has immediate access to Lenox Park. So if you have a dog or like to walk/jog, this is a HUGE perk! Prime location as you are less than 2 miles from Lenox Mall but also tucked enough away to feel removed from the city if you wish for some peace and quiet. If you are looking for somewhere to live in the Buckhead area, this is the best experience for your dollar, I assure you.

I love living in a beautiful dog-friendly community with trees and views. I moved from an acre in Alpharetta and knew when I found this place I would be closer in but not sacrifice the gorgeous private living I was used to surrounded by trees and friendly dogs and neighbors :) Our dog, my kids and I love the amenities and spacious floorplan - dog park in the community with a pet spa! ...and several other parks close by, nice pool/tennis, convenient access to shops, businesses and restaurants and we feel very safe and comfortable here. Great price for the area too!!
Recently moved in and loving our experience here at Evergreen Lenox Park it’s so nice to be 5 minutes from 85 & 400 yet still feel like you’re not in the city. The amenities are great and the community is full of friendly people and their pups!

Evergreen Lenox Park is a quiet little complex close to Buckhead. I love the new amenities they have added and the renovated apartments are beautiful. I have lived at Evergreen for 2 years now and have seen nothing but great improvements. The management team is always going above and beyond to make the residents happy and they do fun events.

Have loved living here. Great amenities, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They're renovating and consistently upgrading the property. A huge plus is the park nearby - it connects to the complex, which is super convenient.
I’ve lived here for a year and a half and this is by far the best property! The management team is so personable and professional. The property is very clean and quiet. Property management always keeps you in the loop about upcoming upgrades and events. Since moving here, they’ve updated many amenities including the pool/grill area, the indoor gym, and tennis court area. The area is very safe and comforting. There’s a wide age range of residents, but I’d say you’ll mostly see young professionals. My roommates and I have absolutely no complaints!

Evergreen has certainly served me well. I moved in July 2017. The pool scene in the summer is so much fun, the community is filled with really awesome people. It's definitely pet-friendly. I love being right by Lenox Park- a quaint little park for anyone with dogs, children, or who likes to exercise. The gym needs work but I know upgrades are coming. The staff is so helpful. New trash valet service is the BOMB. I was worried about not having in-unit washer/dryers- but we were able to rent one since our unit does have the hookup and that is literally a non-issue now. The master room is so spacious. I live in a 3 bedroom top floor unit and the tall ceilings and crown modelings are so great. Kitchen is small and laid out poorly so that is unfortunate, but the appliances are all nicer so that makes up for it. Work orders get taken care of same day, which is wonderful. The community is vibrant but I've never had issues hearing any of my neighbors. The location is AWESOME. Right on the line of Brookhaven/Buckhead. Couldn't ask for anything better! We love it!
Excellent! With 2 experiences in 2 years evergreen at lenox park is highly recommended. My friend have been there for more than a year and love it. The Evergreen staffs is extremely efficient, professional and very knowledgeable about neighborhoods and traffic, and was able to take all of my very picky needs and come up with floor plan and help in my move in. Apartments are nicely updated, Leasing office is quick to respond to most issues Wonderful maintenance staff and ETA on service requests are nice It's a good location for most commutes, especially if you're going buckhead or south for work.
I have lived at this complex for going on 9 years and love it. The new management puts forth an effort to get to know the residents, and for the residents to get to know each other. The ground are kept clean, and it is a generally quiet place. You will have an occasional Friday or Saturday night party noise, but nothing out of hand. The pool is busy during the summer, and the location is unbeatable.
Pros: Evergreen has been a great home this past year for me! The staff is very friendly and the apartments are a great place to call home. Cons:The gates don't always operate effectively, so it makes it easy for just anyone to get into the property--which can cause additional problems. Overall: Worth taking a look and making it a serious contender in your apartment search.
I just recently moved to Evergreen Lenox Park and I couldn't have picked a better location. I love the city views and all of the trees. You definitely don't get all of that and then some for a great price. Highly recommend to all of my co workers and friends.
I toured the community when I moved back to Atlanta and really enjoyed my tour for one and loved seeing all of the new things the company has added to the place. They have an outdoor pool table and the apartment renovations are beautiful. Highly recommended.
I've lived in Lenox Park (now called Evergreen) for four years and when I first moved in, the management team was great. Now that the property has been sold, the new management team is not to par. I had a water leak in my apartment and they didn't consider it as an emergency so the maintenance person didn't come until two days later when the ceiling was falling in. This all happened the week before Christmas and we had to have a large fan in our unit to dry the carpet and they simply brought a bucket to catch the dripping water that we had to empty everyday until they figured out what the problem was. So, I couldn't go anywhere over the holiday because the bucket would have overflowed and caused more damage to the unit. Management was not very understanding and only gave us a $100 deduction off of our rent for the inconvenience of not being able to leave over the Christmas holiday break due to their lack of . When they finally "fixed" it the repair and patch work looked awful. Additionally, the units are not updated and have dated carpet and old white appliances yet seem to be the same price as the nearby updated apartments. Only plus is the nice trees and being adjacent to the park, not sure that it's worth it though.

I really love living here, the building is close to my work and a lot of really great shopping areas, food, etc. I have a view of the lake, a nice pool and the community is gated so it feels really safe. The downside is the office staff. They have forgotten about or been extremely slow (3 weeks) to fix every service request I have submitted since living here, so I have had to make special trips to discuss the issues in person. Overall, everyone is friendly and I enjoy living here.
