They will not fix anything and raise rent to compensate for broken water pipes instead of fixing anything. If by some miracle they do fix something, they will be sure to leave a mess behind for you to clean. They left boards laying on my floor with SCREWS pointing up for me or my pet to step on and even left insulation on the floor with a pile of garbage. You won’t get your security deposit back either you can bet on that. They even scratched the crap out of a new drier and washer because they were too lazy to move them to work on stuff behind. Please avoid this place for your own health mental and physical!
