On the shores of the Mississippi River with Orono Lake and Elk River flowing through town, the city of Elk River is a community with an abundance of water views. The Elk River Golf Club is a great community spot for outdoor recreation by the largest public park in the area, Woodland Trails Park. This 427-acre park is a blend of dense woods, prairies, and wetlands, offering dog-friendly trails, scenic views, cross country skiing, and so much more. Another great park is Orono Park, complete with a fishing pier, dog park, and swimming beach. This is the perfect spot for outdoor recreation for the whole family.

Property Ratings at Evans Meadows
We knew we may have a problem with our application so my husband stopped to talk to the leasing office prior to applying because we did not have the money to waste on the application fees. My husband was told that we should apply there are ways to work around any problems they may find. We applied and received a flat denial with no options. We feel they just want people to apply so they get a free $50 dollars per applicant, and they will not give a refund.
