Property Ratings at Evans Meadows
We knew we may have a problem with our application so my husband stopped to talk to the leasing office prior to applying because we did not have the money to waste on the application fees. My husband was told that we should apply there are ways to work around any problems they may find. We applied and received a flat denial with no options. We feel they just want people to apply so they get a free $50 dollars per applicant, and they will not give a refund.
