This building is so great and clean. The leasing office staff are super responsive with such a high level of customer service. The amenities just add to a vacation like atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

The first weeks of living at EV lofts are amazing. Also our dog love the place a lot. The apartment got everything you need and the staff is amazing Samantha helped us with the apartment, she friendly and her response time is so fast. Amazing!

Ev Lofts is a good place, especially for staying less than 5 years in San Diego. It beats the other massive apartment buildings. parking is better and the people are better.

I've lived here for over a year and love it! The community is safe and amenities are great. Very dog-friendly and the rooftop dog park is a great place to meet others in your building.

You get what you pay for in this location. Rent can always be more affordable, especially for a one-bedroom apartment, but for living downtown, I feel safe and can hardly hear any noise from my bedroom due to their o walls.

I love the roof top and how it provides you with so much greenery despite being in an urban jungle. The gym is cool, too. Good space and equipment for an apartment community. Lastly, the staff is super helpful and friendly.

The big difference about Ev Lofts is that the staff really cares about the residents and the community. The 24-hour courtesy patrol is great to have, too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to move to downtown.

We really love living here! Its a beautiful building with really nice amenities and walking distance to so many great spots. It is downtown apartment living so its important to have realistic expectations in terms of occasional outside noise but overall everyone is really respectful and weve never had any issues.

So far, my experience at EV Lofts has been great! My move-in was both exciting and professional from beginning to end and I'm loving the courtesy of everyone that has been part of the process. From responsive complex management, to friendly neighbors, to attentive security, everyone has made me feel at home already. I can't wait to live the full experience once the amenities start opening up more!

Great place to live! The staff here is wonderful. Liana, McKenna, Bryan, Jessie and everyone else work hard to make you feel right at home. They are quick to address any issues and are very friendly. I love this place!

Great space, but disappointed about the quality of the appliances

EV has unusually good management. They have always showed great concern for my well-being. The maintenance team responds promptly and is extremely capable.

Ev Lofts has made the moving process during COVID super easy and I am absolutely obsessed with my apartment. Its very clean and the building has a hip vibe along with amazing amenities.

Don't live here! This is the worst apartment management company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I'd rather move back into my apartment with mold issues and a hole in the wall than try to get Ev to resolve a problem.

The blinds in my apartment needed to be replaced and the maintenance department completed the work the very next day without issue thank you for your quick response

I love the modern design of the buildingand the fact that they aer extremely dog friendly. The hallways are always kept clean and smelling fresh as well. Overall it is a nice, elegant place to live.

Best place to stay in San Diego

A great community for working professionals. It's quiet, well maintained and well designed.

The maintenance staff here is very friendly and gets work orders done faster than anywhere else Ive lived before. I really do enjoy living here. Everyone actually cares about their job and is nice. Its pretty rare to find.

I think most people could feel comfortable at this community. Great location and staff. I never have to worry about any utility issues either.

When we were looking for places, we wanted certain things met and Ev Lofts has met and even exceeded all of those needs!

With all the other problems in this building, let's add another. The one and only elevator that goes to the roof is broken yet again(monthly occurrence). Because the building doesn't want to pay extra for weekend work, we have to now suffer. I'm glad we are spending so much on rent that they can fix little things like this in a timely fashion. PS while taking a tour be sure to check out the back stairwell and the spit that has been hanging from the stairwell for over 2 months now.

All floors are hardwood/laminate, and soundproofing between floors is very limited. Management ignores issues regarding noise. Luxury prices for far from luxury experience. I would encourage you to ask residents about their experience, should you see them during your tour. Also, try to tour during non-work hours - you'll hear what I'm talking about.
