Very beautiful property, with very nice views, and very kind staff.

The complex is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained! The apartments are so beautiful. I particularly love the spacious office and outdoor living area by the pool. I’ve also have had a very pleasant experience and interaction with the staff.

Awesome place to live

I love my comfy apartment. The food trucks are a plus and the manager is a charm! He was quick and efficient whenever I’ve had any issues.

Management does not care about you

There has been an alarm going off in my building for an entire MONTH, yes, month, that I can hear from in my bedroom. Management has informed me that they cannot fix the problem or turn the alarm off and haven't told me when it will be fixed. This alarm started going off during my finals week and has woken me up multiple times. The last time it woke me up was 4am Monday morning. If you value your sanity, I would look somewhere else. This place is also very overpriced, don't waste your money.

Offensive rent increases

We have lived here for two years now. The rent increases for existing tenants are offensive. $400+ per month. People are moving out faster than they’re moving in. Zero updates have been made since we’ve lived here, yet they’re taking people’s money left abd right.

New Property Management is wonderful!

The new PM took over the same week we received our keys (3/18/22). They’re just THE BEST! We have been living in gated communities / high rises for over a decade, and Henry & his team are offering outstanding service! Highly professional, always listen, and take care of everything in a very timely manner! We love it here, and the PM makes it easy to feel welcomed & heard! It’s a great feeling to have a PM that cares and on which the residents can count on!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

We lived there for 1+ year and one day suddenly they increased my and other Tenants Rent by 25% without giving us 30 Days Notice, which was against the Rent Agreement and they them self violated it for some extra money. When we raised concern then only they shared Notice but didn't rolled back increased RENT amount and I had to Pay 25% Increased Rent that's was truly Unprofessional, Dishonest Management, AVOID this community. This place is not at all Luxury Living, When you call the office they hardly Reponses and peoples do not pickup after their Pets, Pond is total mess and its not gated community.

Rudest staff ever!

Rudest leasing agent I have ever met. No other leasing office has ever haggled my partner and I as much as this place has. She not only lied about the application fee but refused to let my partner tour with me. Read the other reviews because this is not the first time they’ve been disrespectful and unprofessional. Oh and she was not wearing a mask at any time.
